Fiber Blowing Machine For FTTH Fibers (EPFU) and Cables AC Powered With Cable Protection PLUS Air Or Water Install Option MicroFlow incorporates unique fiber protection technology to automatically stops the machine and prevent costly damage to fiber optic cable during installation. As cable encounters an obstruction, it bends slightly in machine, triggering an integral stop sensor. Exceeding the preset motor torque limit also interrupts installation process. In either case, the machine automatically protects fiber from possible damage. After fiber protection technology stops machine, MicroFlow will attempt installation two more times before completely disengaging the machine. Fiberstop For use with NanoFlow and MicroFlow. The machine s fiber protection system safely stops the fiber when it reaches the Fiberstop, allowing fast effcient one-person installation. Available for 5, 8, 10, and 12 mm microduct. ACCESSORIES Return Valve Mount return valve at end of duct run and apply compressed air to easily assist in removing faulty/damaged cable. Available for 5, 8, 10, and 12 mm microduct. Air Filter / Water Separator The use of an Air Filter/Water Separator with NanoFlow and MicroFlow helps ensure optimal performance and machine reliability. Relining Components Jameson offers a comprehensive range of components such as plugs, valves, seals and adaptors allowing effcient relining of microducts within existing sub-ducts. FlowLub Fiber blowing lubricant greatly reduces friction and improves fiber cable installation. Water-based lubricant from Jameson spreads evenly on inner wall of duct and cable surface leaving a thin film that dries with no residue. FlowLUB 2000 is a special lubricant for fiber cable and microduct installation for use with the PowerFlow and MultiFlow. FlowLUB 5000 is for mini and micro cable to use with MicroFlow and MiniFlow. Pneumatic/Hydraulic Hoses High quality hoses and couplers offered by Jameson are approved for use with the Hydraulic PowerPack as well as high-flow air compressors. Calibration Probe Use with Power Flow and MultiFlow to help determine condition (sharp curves, fractures, debris, etc.) of the duct prior to fiber cable installation. The integral 33KHz transmitter allows the probe to be located at the obstruction in the buried cable. The probe can also be mounted on a duct rod for manual distance location and ease of removal from duct. Cable Mouse Use with PowerFlow and MultiFlow.
