BLENDING PLANT Ferghana, Uzbekistan Established in 1996 Prista Oil Holding buys 50.1% of the shares of UZ-Texaco in 2011. The new company name is UZ-PRISTA Main activities: UZ-Prista the only plant in Uzbekistan for a licensed production and distribution of over 110 kinds synthetic, semi-synthetic and mineral oils and special fluids of the highest quality. 17
