NOTE: Use the following torque specifications for all hardware: ½ hardware 73 ft-lbs, 3/8 hardware 42 ft-lbs, 5/8 hardware 177 ft-lbs. 1. Remove the 2-post ROPS, keep fender support crossmember and fasteners to be re-used, remove fender grab handles, seat, seat belt holders, and green plastic centre housing cover. If the tractor is equipped with either a front end loader or mid-mount mower attachment, to make installation easier, remove quick-tach loader and remove mid-mount mower. The front cab bracket will replace the mid-mount mower mount bracket. Remove the green round platform end piece. 2. Take the left rear bracket and position it over the 2-post ROPS mount on the fender. Using the factory ROPS hardware bolt the bracket into place. Take two M12 flange nuts provided, and re-using factory bolts, fasten the fender crossmember into place on the left side. See Figure 1. Repeat for the right side. Figure 1 3. Take the front mounting bracket and position it against three-hole bolt pattern that is matches on the bell housing. If tractor is NOT equipped with a loader, use the front bracket spacer on the inside of the bracket. Use the M12 x 40 flange bolts and loosely fasten into place through the tapped holes. Do not torque to specification until cab is mounted. See Figure 2. Repeat for the right side. Figure 2 4. Go to the left tractor fender and remove plastic control cover. Take the left fender upholstery and line it up with the fender and through the transmission and PTO controls. Cut all necessary openings for controls and levers. Ensure that the surface being glued is clean, then glue the upholstery into place. See Figure 3. Rebolt plastic control cover into place, and repeat for the right side fender. 5. Move to the cab. Remove the left door, right escape window, lower right window, and lower rear window. Take the cab lift brackets and bolt through the hole in the upper A-C crossmember. Using a chain or lifting strap, mount to lift brackets and prepare to lift cab off of

shipping pallet. Unbolt the cab from the shipping pallet and lift cab off of pallet. Figure 3 bottom and work your way back to the boxing and stop. Take the 180 O-rubber and continuing where you stopped with the 90, install the 180 onto the boxing and work your way to the back of the cab. See Figure 5 for left side, and Figure 6 for the right side. Repeat for right side. Remove the two plastic rear fascia panels before proceeding. Figure 5 6. Take the 180 O-rubber and move to the front hood shield of the cab. Starting at the bottom of the hood shield, slide the O-rubber onto the steel panel and work your way around to the other side of the hood shield. See Figure 4. Figure 4 Figure 6 7. Take the 90 O-rubber and move to the left side steel panel. Install the rubber onto the panel starting at the 8. NOW YOU ARE READY TO MOUNT THE CAB. Place one rubber isolator mount on each bracket mount pad and

lift the cab over the tractor. Slowly lower the cab over the tractor until the cab mount is on the isolator mounts. Use the three sided notched rubber & steel flat washers for the front mounts. Use one ½ x 3 hex bolt, steel flat washer, rubber flat washer, ½ lock washer, and ½ hex nut for each mount and bolt cab to brackets. Ensure that the cab is sitting square on the tractor and once all bolts have been started, torque all bolts to specifications. The rubber mounts should be torqued until there is a 7/8 space between the steel mounting plates. 9. Remove the cab lift brackets. Take the 3/8 snap caps provided and put into the holes in the A-C crossmember. Re-install the rear plastic panels onto the cab. Figure 7 Figure 8 11. Take the front underseat shield and the two ¼ turn fasteners. Slide the shield beside the left side of the seat track and attach with the ¼ turn fasteners. See Figure 8. Figure 9 10. Take the underseat shield and position it over the seat tracks. Using the ¼ x ¾ flange bolts and ¼ flange nuts, bolt the shield into place. See Figure 7. Re-install the seat, and seat belts. 12. Take the green plastic centre housing cover and the 1 x 1 NDA-X. Cut two 7 pieces and apply to the inside of the housing as shown in Figure 9. Take the centre housing upholstery and position it around the housing. Ensure that the part is cleaned, and glue into place. 13. Locate the wires at the bottom of the A-post. Connect the heavy red wire to 12V. Connect the heavy black wire to

tractor ground. Connect the orange wire to a switched source. Figure 11 Proceed with steps 14 & if cab is equipped with the heater option only. 14. Drain antifreeze from engine before proceeding. Remove the thermostat sensor, and the O-ring from the right side the thermostat housing as shown in Figure 10. USE A WATER SEALANT MATERIAL AROUND ALL FITTINGS. Screw the 16MM sensor adapter into the thermostat housing. Re-install the O-ring and then the thermostat sensor into the end of the adapter. Insert the 3/8 barb x 3/8 NPT 180 fitting (pressure) into the senser adapter. Figure 10 15. Locate the lower radiator hose. Cut out a short section and install the rad hose splicer. Use the HS-20 hose clamps provided. Insert the 3/8 barb x 3/8 NPT 180 fitting (suction) into the splicer, see Figure 11. Run the hose to the heater fittings and ensure that there is adequate hose and then cut the hose. Attach the pressure hose to the pressure fitting and the other hose to the suction fitting. Attach the hose with two HS-6 clamps. 16. Refill the engine anti-freeze. Open the cab heater valve using the rotary control on the switchplate and turn on the fan. Start the vehicle and run at PTO RPM for five minutes to build up engine heat. Check for leaks and add anti-freeze if required. For maximum heater efficiency, all air trapped in the heater system must be evacuated. Continue running the engine and adding antifreeze as required until cab heater produces hot air. TIP: when purging system of air, open radiator cap when running the engine. NOTE: The heater should be produce HOT air at PTO RPM, continue tweaking the heating system until that point is reached. 17. Take the front left lower steel panel and position it against the operator platform and the cab frame. Use the ¼ x ½ flange bolts and nuts provided, and bolt the shield onto the cab frame. See Figure 12. Repeat for the right side. 18. Take the left floormat piece and position it on the operator platform. Ensure that there is adequate clearance for the pedals and then glue into place.

Figure 12 19. Take the right floormat piece and position it on the operator platform. Ensure that all the pedals have adequate clearance and then glue into place. 20. To ensure maximum protection against sound and moisture penetration, use a black urethane sealant to fill all cracks and small openings around the floormat and silicone sealant around the various sealants.
