So different from anything else I'd experienced before - We were met by the manager of the resort on arrival with the warmest of welcomes. The excellent service and kindness of the people continued from there. The food was outstanding and cooked to your liking depending on whether you liked spicy or non spicy food. The kitchen also supplies the day boat so you are tended to both on land and at sea. The diving was superb. Neither myself nor my dive partner, who between us have dived more than 2000 dives have ever experienced anything like it. Such a huge diversity of life with creatures that seem to have come from other planets almost. Main tip, bring a magnifying glass. The guides had time and patience to locate and point out so very much which would have been missed, particularly by those not used to this sort of diving. The crew generally were helpful and attentive on board making the time pass incredibly (and too) quickly. The rooms are comfortable, being set up in cottages with a maximum of three rooms per cottage. There is an air conditioned lounge within each where you can partake of refreshments and relax with your fellow divers. Sad to leave and will certainly be back again if at all possible. Balance must be received 60 days before date of arrival. For bookings made within 60 days of arrival, full payment is required. Failure to pay on time will result in your booking being automatically released. Once a booking is confirmed, additional places are subject to availability. There is no Life Guard on the beach, at the swimming- and whirl-pool. The Seller will not accept any responsibility & liability for any delay, additional expenses or inconveniences that may be caused directly or indirectly by events outside of the control of the Seller such as late or non arrivals of flights, deportation or refusal of entry by immigration, customs and/or health authorities, strikes, civil disturbances, fire, floods, cyclones, usually severe weather, acts of God, acts of government and/or the failure of any machinery or equipment. Dive & Medical certification - Dive certification and log book for recreational dives are mandatory and have to be presented for verification before the first dive - annual medical control and certification is recommended; medical certification is not mandatory for any of the proposed activities, anyway it is recommendable to be in good health, especially for trekking and diving activities. The Seller reserves the right to reject participation at any activity of the Buyer if all safety and security prerequisites are not fulfilled - the total amount of the service will be debited and paid amounts will not be refunded. Illegal Activities - Any kind of possible prostitution, gambling, drug abuse or any other illegal activities under Indonesian law will be reported to the local authorities and result in immediate Guest departure without any refund. Drug possession, even for your own consumption, can result in imprisonment and carry the death penalty. Exemption from Responsibility & Liability form has to be signed by the Guest on arrival.
