IMPORTANT NOTES 1 The Auction takes place on behalf of Mrs Y Bailey. Ashfield Farm has been used as a small livery yard and the auction arises due to the impending sale of the freehold. 2 Export: If any lots are to be exported outside the EU, VAT will be charged and retained by the auctioneer until a Customs Clearance note is secured. The VAT will then be refunded. If confirmation of export is not secured within 8 weeks, the VAT will be paid to the vendor and declared in the normal way. If lots are to be exported within the EU proof of VAT registration number and confirmation of port for export will be required otherwise VAT will be charged. 3 Removal of Lots: All lots are to be collected on Saturday 28 th June 2014 or Sunday 29 th June 2014, unless special arrangements are made with Gary Williams who can be contacted on 07970 479090. Note: Collection of the two storage containers must take place before Saturday 5 th July 2014, but by prior arrangement only with Gary Williams. Payment can be made Credit/Debit Card, but please note there will be a 2.5% charge for Credit Card payments, but no charge for Debit Cards. 8 Vehicle Documents, Hours and Mileage: Are as at the time of cataloguing.
