Weigh-ln-Motion Systems consist of many structures integrated with each other. Quality of each part has a direct impact on the systems. The capability to directly manufacture most of these parts is synonymous to increasing the functionality of a Weigh-ln-Motion System to be installed. Weigh-ln-Motion System Components Load Cell Loop Detector System Electronic Indicator External Indicator Panel Traffic Signaling Unit Controller and Application Software LPR Camera System Roadside Cabin Thanks to Weigh-ln-Motion Systems; Long Vehicles, Dampers, Loaders, Forklifts can be weighed inafastand safe manner. Readings obtained from sensitive weighing procedures have become more reliable by taking into account parameters like vehicle properties and queries, and management has become more efficient thanks to the Weigh-ln-Motion System. Up to the day, Weigh-ln-Motion Systems have been developed which offer fast, reliable, robust and maximum efficiency without compromising on product quality, and the system has become even more attractive owing to newly developed software. 1
www.rayennur.com L Deteeti on l LOADCELL Load cell structures used in Weigh-ln-Motion Systems may vary depending on application or buyer's specifications. Typical Iy systems use minimum 4 pieces of 30-ton load cells. Mounting accessories are used under load cells in order to provide protection against shocks to the weigh-bridge, or irregular loads applied to the bridge during entrance and exit. Has stainless steel structure. Must have air-tight design. Operaticnal temperature is between -30 C to +80 C. LOOP DETECTOR This is the system that warns the Weigh-ln-Motion System as the vehicle comes. One of the most im portant criteria of the loop detector is to be easily adaptable to applications thanks to a compact and easy-to-install structure. During loop detector deployment, asphalt cutting and installation works are conducted. Detectors are installed after preparation of an infrastructure project. The system is activated by a warning signal sent by this detector, which is alsanamed as Vehicle Detector.
l Measurement 7 Electronic Indicator It is one of the bridges between Weigh-In-Motion Systems and the user. It is used for informing the user. Indicator can be easily connected to external controllers. Has interface connection options like Serial Port, Ethernet TCP/IP, USB, and PLC. Error codes can be automatically displayed on screen. Protection class of the indicator is either IP54 or IP 65 depending on the application. Having an automatic pitching detector, the indicator will not send any data to the computer until the weighing rea ches a stable value. External Indicator The External Indicator Panel typically consists of 5 digits. Having a basic LED structure, the panel has a weatherproof design which offers high visibility to drivers. Data communication between the weighing platform and the indicator/computer and/or external indicator can be done in wired or wireless fashion. Traffic Signaling Unit It ensures thatin-motion weighing is properly performed. In a sense, the Traffic Signaling Unit isa driver information system. The driver regulates the motion pattern through the Traffic Signaling Unit, which in turn ensures healthy in-motion weighing. Powered by maximum 15 watts; supply unit has switch mode structure. Consist of a visor, a body, signaling modules, and connection apparatuses. Consists of signaling medules with one Red and one Green LEDs of Q300 size. External body is black. Weather-resistant; waterproof. 3

Field cameras are mounted on appropriate galvanized poles. License plate reading system can be used within Weigh-In-Motion Systems. Has a system which automatically reads the ticense plate of weighed vehicle and sends the same to the interface. License plate information received from the camera is converted to digital characters and automatically fed to the system. Cameras can operate both in day and night. /
