Description Micron-S Precision Dispensing Tips are high accuracy dispensing tips for small deposit fluid dispensing. Micron-S Precision Dispensing Tips have a Luer lock thread and can be used with any dispensing syringe, valve or pump. They have a very low resistance to fluid flow, and can offer significant cost savings over specially machined dispensing nozzles, without sacrificing placement precision or deposition accuracy. A primary design feature of this unique Luer lock dispensing nozzle is the streamline conical fluid path which delivers substantially higher fluid flow rates and lower dispense pump back pressures, resulting in improved dispensing accuracy and component life. The design also employs very thin rigid walls offering a larger I.D. fluid path which enables the use of smaller O.D. nozzles without sacrificing dispense rates. Additionally, the thin walls further enhance the accuracy and definition of dots, lines or special patterns while at the same time dramatically reducing fluid stringing or tailing tendencies. A selection of standard bore tip sizes are available with Entecoat. Entecoat is a low friction, nickel/ PTFE alloy coating. Entecoat is used as a replacement for stainless steel, reducing wicking effects when using aqueous fluids and significantly improving the performance of anaerobic as well as UV cure materials. All eight sizes of standard bore tips are available to purchase in a variety evaluation pack to enable you to find the best tip for your dispensing needs.
