GREEN ENERGY OPTION - PURCHASE RIDER Available to all customers as an option designed to provide Customers an opportunity to purchase qualified 135 alternative energy resources. Customers may purchase an unlimited number of blocks of green energy at $2.00 each. A block is equivalent to a 160 kwh purchase. Monthly minimum purchase is two blocks per month. Customers may alternatively purchase green energy that is equal to 100% of their total monthly energy usage at a rate of $0.0125 per kwh. A monthly charge applies in both cases. 136 LARGE VOLUME GREEN ENERGY Available to customers who wish to purchase 1,000,000 or more kwh per year of green energy under a service agreement for a minimum term of one year. The rate is $0.006 per kwh in addition to a monthly charge. 150 NET METERING SERVICES FOR CUSTOMER-GENERATOR SYSTEMS Available to customer generators taking service on schedules 7, 24, 25, and 29 who operate fuel cells or hydroelectric, solar or wind power generators with a total capacity of no more than 25kW.

FEDERAL INCENTIVE TRACKER (Federal Wind Power Credit) This rate adjustment passes through the amount of the treasury grant credit that is available to PSE for generating electricity from wind to customers. ELECTRICITY CONSERVATION SERVICE RIDER (Electric Conservation Program Charge) This rate adjustment collects costs incurred for providing electricity conservation services. LOW INCOME PROGRAM rate adjustment collects costs incurred for providing low income services. MERGER RATE CREDIT (Merger Credit) This rate adjustment passes through the rate credit made available following the merger completed in February 2009. REGULATORY ASSET TRACKER The purpose of this rate is to collect annual amortization for the Tenaska generating plant that is scheduled to end on December 31, 2011. TEMPORARY CUSTOMER CHARGE OR CREDIT (Renewable Energy Credit) This rate adjustment currently passes through a temporary credit from a portion of the proceeds of the sale of renewable energy credits. The credit will be shown on customer bills as "Renewable Energy Credit". RESIDENTIAL AND FARM ENERGY EXCHANGE BENEFIT (Energy Exchange Credit) Under the Residential and Farm Energy Exchange agreement between Puget Sound Energy and the Bonneville Power Administration, credits have been available for residential and small farm customers. Credits are automatically passed through to residential customers. Farm customers must apply and qualify for the credit.
