THE UNIGROUT FLEX RANGE THE UNIGROUT FLEX GROUTING PLANTS COME IN THREE SIZES FLEX S, FLEX M AND FLEX L NOMINATED WITH THE MIXER SIZE: S (100 LIT/26 USG), M (200 LIT/53 USG) OR L (400 LIT/106USG) AND THE ONBOARD AGITATOR HAS TWICE THE MIXER CAPACITY. SELECTING THE RIGHT MODEL The Cemix mixer covers a wide range of mix designs and materials, including bentonite. In addition, the Pumpac pump can be configured for various pressure and flow combinations, therefore, Unigrout Flex can be used in a variety of grouting applications. Selecting a Unigrout Flex is quite. Define the capacity required and consider any possible limitations in working space and you are ready to make your choice. The grouting capacity depends on the availability of grout, not just the pumping capacity and is therefore determined by the mixing capacity. FLEX S Flex S is the smallest and most compact unit. It is common for small to medium-sized projects and is the best alternative where space is limited, such as grouting in a small gallery, bolting in tunnels, or when intended for mounting on lightweight trailers. FLEX M Flex M is a medium sized Unigrout, suitable for mid to large sized projects where grouting is used for consolidation or sealing. This unit is an efficient alternative for tunneling, dams and mining. It can be configured with manual weight batching (Flex M-WB) for assisting the operator in weighing the ingredients and improving mix accuracy. FLEX L * Like Flex M, the largest single line in Flex family, Flex L, is suited for medium to larger sized projects, offering slightly higher mixing capacity in addition to the Cemag 803 agitator with 800 liters of grout at hand. *Will be released late 2015 3.0 MIXING CAPACITY (M3/HOUR) 2.0 1.0 0.0 Flex S Flex M Flex L Flex M-WB Flex L-WB The chart shows theoretical mixing capacities based on W/C=1, good water supply, and manual cement feeding with bags and rate of 40 kg/min with skilled worker. Calculations are based on 18, 10 and 5 cycles per hour respectively for Unigrout Flex S, M and L. LOGAC RECORDER Controlling the grouting operation is necessary to enable analysis and verification and reduce risk of non satisfactory result. The Logac recorder-the industry known logging system- controls grouting and water test operations and stores data for quality assurance and traceability. Logac controls pressure, flow and volume with a reading rate of 6 times/ second and displays real time values while storing them every 10 seconds in a log file. That, along with work site and grout hole identification, can be downloaded for further analysis and report making with an off-line program. Logac is available both as stand-alone unit; to be placed close to the grout hole; or as on-board equipment on the Unigrout platform (on selected models) and can monitor up to 4 grout line/pumps (optional) Logac standalone version 5

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS PUMPAC Pumpac is a single piston pump with double acting pumping mechanism and advanced hydraulic design, driven with variable speed hydraulic pu mp. The control block enables modifying and controlling flow and pressure independently and step-less which is a key in most of grouting works.
