Rivetless chain from Wilmot is available in two designs: Our rivetless chain is designed to eliminate all bending stress when under load, the links being under tension load with the pins in double shear load. This design, in addition, permits very simple assembly or disassembly at any pitch in the chain. The inside radii of the links are broached to allow full pin seating and assure accuracy of pitch. Design imple design with only 3 parts: Center link, side links and connecting pin. No Bolts or Rivets Assembly or disassembly with hands; no tools are required. Strength Design allows avoiding all bending strains and its strength in position is identical to the ultimate tensile strength of the cross section area of metal in the links. Original, or Standard Recommended for general applications such as bulk conveying. X-Style Specifically designed for overhead trolley conveyors.
