PRE-ASSEMBLED AND PRE-CONFIGURED CANTILEVERS COMPLETE RAIL SOLUTIONS Accuracy ART are fully conversant with Sydney Trains C-Calcs and we have developed procedures and systems to ensure accurate configuration of the assemblies. All assemblies and fittings are subject to our thorough QA and Management System. Cantilever Families We have identified different families of cantilever for various networks. For instance, the NSW Network generally has 13 family types that have a plethora of con-figurations. We can assist with your tendering process by utilising our knowledge of assemblies. We can provide a standardised price per family cantilever type. ART also supply pre-assembled Weight Assemblies, droppers, feeders and associated OHW components and fasteners in various configurations. We can supply stainless steel wire rope as an alternative to galvanised rope used throughout the networks. Saves time, saves money We commence configuration of your project 6 weeks from your possession. The cantilever family type is easily identified from the draft construction drawings. We use the first issue C-Calcs as the basis for stocking components. When the works-asexecuted drawings are complete and final C-Calcs have been issued, we finalise each cantilever configuration and commence the build and inspection. These complete units are delivered to site and it takes around 20 minutes to install a fully compliant cantilever. XP3452

When considering fasteners involving public safety such as overhead electrification, Lanfranco locknuts have developed a reputation of trust and confidence. Moving freight in varied climates with exposure to harsh elements and corrosion? No problem, we've been there and can help implement a locknut solution supported by decades of railway experience. How Lanfranco slotted locknuts work Locking feature obtained by the two self-locking slots found on the turret portion of the nut. Each slot is de-pitched using precision manufacturing techniques. When installed, the turret regains its original form and each slot grips the flank of the bolt thread on two different planes and opposite sides. This form of locking does not damage the bolt and provides high reusability. Resistance to vibration has been confirmed by comparative tests carried out by CETIM Test Labs. The single piece all metal design ensures nuts will perform in temperatures of -200oC to +400oC. The ERM nut also has a captive disc spring washer. This one piece assembly is a time saver and guarantees bolt tension under any condition.
