Auctioneer s Comments Graham Watkins & Co are delighted to have received instructions from J Wint & Partners to conduct a complete dispersal sale following the recent death of Mrs Edith Mary Nixon. Mrs Nixon will be very well known in the local area and had been at the farm with her sister Miss Katherine Wint for many years, trading as J Wint & Partners. The dispersal sale offers an excellent opportunity for buyers to acquire some well maintained equipment. Of particular note will be the 2015 Land Rover Defender 65 plate which has done only approximately 1,500 miles and the Massey Ferguson 5455 Dyno 4WD Tractor 10 plate The sale will commence at 10.30am with the smaller sundry items proceeding to the implements, trailers, tractors and machinery. Directions If travelling from Leek, take the A53 towards Buxton and after approximately 0.5 miles take the right hand turn onto Thorncliffe Road, after 0.7 miles turn right and immediately left onto Easing Lane and follow this road to the top of the hill.
