DETAILS OF LAND AND PROPERTY ACQUISITION FOR GOVERNMENT & PRIVATE PROPERTIES REACH-4B Extension(Puttenahalli Cross to Anjanapura Township) Compensation packages for 55 properties amounting 308.85 Crores have been sent to SLAO, KIADB and payment has been made in respect of 39 properties amounting to 54.54 Crores. 8(4) Notification in respect of 7 properties required for electric utility shifting is approved by Govt. and the valuation Report from the Land Committee is received and compensation packages are sent to KIADB for payment. Out of 8 properties pertaining to Anjanapura Township Station, Compensation packages in respect of 5 properties has been sent to SLAO, KIADB for payment, 3 properties are pending for clarification from BDA. Land plan for Anjanapura Depot is being revised by concerned Chief Engineer. 8() Notification for additional area of 005. Sq. mtrs. is published in Karnataka Gazette on 4.03.07. JMC work is completed. REACH-5 New Line--(R.V. Road to Bommasandra) Out of total 46 properties acquired, compensation packages for 33 properties amounting to 046.7 Crores have been sent to SLAO, KIADB and payment has been made in respect of 45 properties amounting to 48.75 Crores. 8(4) Notification in respect of Jayadeva Station and BTM Station is published in the Gazette. Joint Measurement in respect of 7 properties required for electric utility shifting is completed and Drawings are prepared and submitted. SLAO, KIADB has to pass order u/s 8(3). 8() Notification in respect of Silk Board Station is sent to SLAO, KIADB. 8 () Notification in respect of additional properties required for Jayadeva Station is published in the Gazette. SLAO, KIADB has to pass orders u/s 8(3). REACH-6 New Line--(Gottigere (IIMB) to Nagawara) Kothnur Depot Joint measurement sketch along with draft 8(4) notification is sent to SLAO for approval. The matter is pending in the Hon ble High Court with regard to Sy. No. 87 of Kothnur. 8(4) Notification for lands from Gottigere to Diary Circle is approved by the Government. and is published in the Karnataka Gazette on 7.0.06. Compensation packages are being prepared and will be sent to KIADB. 8() notifications in respect of additional lands required for above reach and the lands required for Electric Utility Shifting have been published in the Gazette dated: 0.0.07 and JMC is to be held. 8() Notification in respect of 7 Under Ground Stations from Dairy Circle to Shivajinagar is published in the Gazette on 30.03.07 and JMC is under progress. JMC for two stations is completed. 8() Notification in respect of other Underground Stations (3 Stations) is already submitted to SLAO, KIADB.

Viaduct & Stations: along with Road Widening works: M/s Tender Notification-NIT has been received for RA between Baiyappanahalli to Visvesvaraya Industrial Area Station including Road Widening. Test pile of 6 Nos for initial vertical pile load test and lateral pile load test work are completed at Lowry School.BP- & BP- and Visvesvaraya Industrial Area station. Rock anchoring is completed at Lowry School and initial vertical load test is in progress. Road widening work is in progress from BP 43 to BP 70 (LHS) and BP-83 to BP-6 (RHS). Tender Notification-NIT has been received for RB between Visvesvaraya Industrial Area Station to Whitefield Station including Road Widening and Depot Entry ( BP-73-BP-509) for Rs. 666. Cores. As per Financial scrutiny report the lowest bidder is M/s ITD Cementation India Ltd ITD(JV) and Letter of Acceptance is issued by BMRCL. Test Pile of 4 Nos for initial vertical pile load test and lateral pile load test are completed at Hope farm and Lesso location. Road widening work is in progress from BP-77 to Graphite India Circle (LHS) and BP-85 to BP-96 (LHS). REACH-Extension-Reach-A:- Construction of Elevated Structures of Length 3.945 kms (approx) from Mysuru Road Station dead end to Pattanagere Station including 4 of Elevated Metro Stations viz Nayandahalli Station, Rajarajeshwarinagar Station, Jnanabharathi Station and Pattanagere Station in the extension on west side of East-West Corridor of Bangalore Metro Rail Project, Phase-. Name of the Contractor :- M/s IL&FS Engineering Construction Company Limited Total Cost of the Project :- Rs. 37.00 Crores Shifting of Water Supply Lines & Underground Drainage (UGD) Lines:- The affected water supply line and Underground line are identified along with the concerned BWSSB Engineers for the entire stretch. The drawings are prepared and submitted to BWSSB for shifting the identified utilities to the new location of utility corridor. BWSSB has submitted the estimate. According to that BMRCL deposited the estimated amount to BWSSB. The work has been taken up by BWSSB and completed at Jnanabharathi, Rajarajeshwari and Nayandahalli stations in all respects. Road Widening Works:- Road Widening works from Nayandahalli to Rajarajeshwarinagar both side completed and Jnanabharathi station and Pattanagere station all the road works has been completed. In Stations both side drain work with Road widening/diversion work is in Progress. Retaining wall work is under construction.

Casting Yard: 44 number of Span Segment Casted. I-Girder Pretension I-Girder 40 numbers has been casted. Total 40 numbers of segments has been casted. At Jnanabharathi (JNB), Pattanagere (PTN) and Rajarajeshwari Stations 00% Piling Works are completed. Auto launching work in progress at Reach-A of Phase-

REACH WISE PROGRESS OF WORKS OF PHASE-II REACH-Extension-Reach-B:- Construction of Elevated Structures (Viaduct) of length of 4.869 Kms. (approx.) from Pattanagere Station (excluding) to beginning of Challagatta Depot including Nos of Elevated Metro Stations viz. Mailasandra Station and Kengeri Station in the extension on west side of E-W Corridor on Bangalore Metro Rail Project, Phase Name of the Contractor :- M/s Soma Enterprise Limited, Total Cost of the Project :- Rs. 33.00 Crores Land Acquisition:- The land acquisition for Reach B from Pattanagere Station to Kengeri Arch Bridge is completed and the land is in position with BMRCL from Kengeri Arch Bridge to Challaghatta Depot. The preliminary notification for acquisition has been issued for Joint Measurement work which is in progress. Building Condition Study & Structural Analysis:- The work has been awarded to M/s Civil Aid Techno Clinic Pvt Ltd. and the work has been completed from Pattanagere station to Kengeri Arch Bridge and from Kengeri Arch Bridge to Challaghatta and the work which is in progress. Demolition of Buildings / Structures Identified for Acquisition:- The work has been awarded to M/s Binyas Contech Pvt Ltd and M/s Sai Retro Fabs. The work has been completed from Pattanagere Station to Kengeri Arch Bridge and from Kengeri Arch Bridge the work will commence after acquisition of properties. Road Widening Works:- From Pattanagere Station to NICE Road the Road Widening work has been started by National Highway PWD Karnataka. 97% of work is completed. Viaduct & Stations:- The construction of 4.869 KMs Viaduct and Stations has been awarded to M/s SOMA Enterprises Limited and the work is in progress. Test Pile :- Two numbers of Initial Vertical Pile Load test is completed for the Viaduct. Barricading work is in progress. Working Pile:- The work is in progress. Casting Yard at Kanminike near Bidadi:Two numbers of Batching Plant, Segment Casting Bed is in progress. Construction of Site office building is in progress. All other preliminary works is under progress.

REACH WISE PROGRESS OF WORKS OF PHASE-II REACH-4Extension-Reach-4B:- Construction of Elevated Structures of length 6.54 km (approx) from Puttenahalli Cross Station to Anjanapura Township Station and further viaduct including 5 of Elevated Metro Stations Viz. Anjanapura Road Cross Station, Krishna Leela Park Station, Vajrahalli Station, Thalaghattapura Station and Anjanapura Township Station. Name of the Contractor :- M/s Nagarjuna Constructions Company Limited. Total Cost of the Project :- Rs. 508.86 Crores. Viaduct & Stations:The work of Construction of this Project is awarded to M/s Nagarjuna Constructions Company Limited and the work is in progress. All Works like Barricading, Cross trenching, Piling, Pile caps, Piers and Pier caps, Road widening, Drain works etc. are in progress along Viaduct. Works like Drain works, Service Road and Foundation works are in progress at Anjanapura Cross Road Station, Krishna Leela Park Station, Vajarahalli Station, Thalaghattapura Station & Anjanapura Township Station. 5 nos of Pile out of 976 piles are completed for Viaduct structures. 739 nos of Pile out of 830 piles are completed for Station locations. 07 nos of Pile caps out of nos are completed for Viaduct structures. 4 nos of Pile caps are completed out of 30 nos for Off-road structures at Station locations. 44 nos of Pile caps are completed out of 50 nos for C-Gird at Station locations. 87 nos of Piers are completed out of nos for Viaduct structures. 36 nos of Pier Arm for Concourse level are completed out of 50 nos at Station locations. 6 nos of Piers up to Concourse level are completed out of 50 nos at Station locations. 9 numbers of Pier Arm for Platform Level is completed out of 50 numbers at Station locations. Drain including cover slab is completed for a length of 6697 Rmt. Launching Activities: LG-0- Span of segments is erected at EP-38 & EP-39. LG-0-5 Spans of segments are erected upto EP 95 - EP 96. LG-03- Span of segments is erected at EP-57 & EP-58.

REACH WISE PROGRESS OF WORKS OF PHASE-II The Detailed Design and Drawings of viaduct and stations including Road widening works are in progress. The Road widening plan has been prepared and submitted to Traffic police and permission letter is obtained from Addnl. Commissioner of Police (Traffic). The proposed traffic diversion plan along Marenahalli Road/ORR has been shown to the concerned Traffic police. The approval for the same is expected shortly. Road widening work along Marenahalli/ORR will be taken up in consultation with Traffic police, BBMP etc. The Tenders are awarded for Package, Package- & Package-3 of R5 Line for Construction of Viaduct and Stations of packages between Bommasandra to Hosa Road of 6.4 Kms length (Package-) :- The work of construction of viaduct and stations between Bommasandra-Hosa Road of 6.4 Kms length is awarded. Hosa Road to HSR Layout of 6.4 Kms length (Package-) :- The work of construction of viaduct and stations between HSR Layout to RV Road of 6.4 Kms length is awarded. HSR Layout to R V Road of 6.34 Kms length (Package-3):- The work of construction of viaduct and stations between HSR Layout to R V Road of 6.34 Kms length 6.34 Kms is awarded. REACH-6 (New Line-Gottigere (IIMB) to Nagawara) 6 Tender has been opened and LOA has been issued for the Construction of Elevated Structures (Viaduct and Stations) of length 7.50 Kms (approx.) from Gottigere to Swagath Road Cross (Chainage 00.00m to 750,88m) including Kothnur Depot, entry line, Road widening and allied works and 5 Numbers of Metro Stations viz.
