Roadlux TBR Product and Casing Warranty WARRANTY Omni is firmly committed to the quality of the tires it distributes. GENERAL WARRANTY 1. If a defect in workmanship and material is found in any tire within the first 2/32 tread wear a no charge replacement will apply. The defective tire must be replaced with a comparable new tire of the same brand by an authorized dealer. 2. Thereafter the replacement cost will be prorated down to 2/32nds. 3. Applicable free replacement applies to new first quality tires only. Road hazard tires are especially excluded. EXCLUSION All new tires are limited to the original purchaser, and are not assignable to subsequent purchasers. The limited warranty is applicable only in the United States of America and Canada. OWNER S OBLIGATIONS In order to be eligible for the limited warranty service, the owner must: 1. Present the defective tire to any Roadlux authorized dealer from whom the original purchase was made. 2. Present proof of purchase to the dealer. 3. Complete and sign a warranty claim form which is available at any authorized dealer. DISCLAIMER This warranty or any warranty stated or referred to herein, is exclusive and in lieu of any other warranty regarding the quality of the tires, whether expressed or implied and remedies for breach thereof shall be limited to those specifically provided herein. 26

RIDE DISTURBANCE / OUT OF ROUND Omni proudly offers free replacement for ride disturbance complaints due to excessive out of round tire conditions within the first 2 32nds of wear. Ride complaints occurring after 2 32nds of wear are excluded and will not be warranted. CASING WARRANTY The following casing allowance will be applied to Roadlux brand TBR tires in normal over the road service and produced after January 1, 2012. Size Casing Allowance 1. The above Roadlux TBR casing policy will be valid through 100% of the life of the 2nd retread for a period of four (4) years from the date of casing manufacture or proof of purchase if available, whichever comes first. 2.
