He received a large amount of enquiries for reclaimed timber and soon realised reasonably priced timber was in high demand for the local farming market. Needing more help, Russell Molyneux came along. Russell helped the promotion of different types of reclaimed timber and now, with over 30 years experience will give you unbiased advice on what he believes to be best. From machinery and timber, the business rapidly grew to include products such as; slate flooring, cills, roof slates, cobbles and worktops; granite posts, kerb stones, worktops, flooring and setts; sandstone flooring; limestone and much more. We are now the largest stockist of reclaimed timber in the country with our stock varying from day to day. Containers are coming in from all over the world filled with different materials every week! We have a large indoor furniture showroom displaying some of our flooring types and examples of our slate/granite worktops. You are also more than welcome to have a wander through our workshop, leading to a large outdoor yard full of stock. Please note: all sizes listed are approximate. Page 4 WINKLEIGH FLOORING We can supply floorboards sawn and planed showing a clean face or left rustic and lightly sanded showing the original reclaimed face. We stock flooring in a number of widths and can machine to specification. When ordering timber, a wastage factor of approximately 10-20% must be considered. All numbers shown on the display boards correspond to the following descriptions. Please note: Reclaimed flooring can still shrink/move, although less prone to than new timber. Our various finishes are just for demonstration. All flooring is sold unfinished and will need sanding one laid in situ. 1) Antique Gold Pine Flooring usually from original old flooring or ceiling boards. Planed on one or two surfaces. Our sample board has been finished with a hard wax oil. From 26.00/m2 + VAT. 2) Reclaimed Pine Tongue and Groove reclaimed from a factory in Leeds. This flooring is 5 1/2 wide and has been planed on one side with its original T&G still intact. 26.00/m2 + VAT. 3) Rustic Pine Planks (Lincoln Pine) either laid as they are, with their original face showing or sanded on site. Alternatively, we can sand them with a hit and miss effect.
