Bills Passed HB 74 Child abuse or neglect reduces mandatory time limit for reporting, requirements of certain persons. Summary: Reduces the time limit for reporting suspected child abuse or neglect by mandated reporters from 72 hours to as soon as possible but not longer than 24 hours after having reason to suspect a reportable offense of child abuse or neglect.
