MODEL SR0 INSTRUMENT AND CONTROL PANEL. DESCRIPTION Serials 00 thru 336, 337 thru w/o PFD: The airplane uses standard flight instruments arranged in the basic-six pattern. The airspeed indicator, attitude gyro, altimeter, turn coordinator, directional gyro or horizontal situation indicator, and vertical speed indicator are mounted in the instrument panel. Ignition switch is mounted on the LH console. Serials 68 thru w/o PFD: Ignition switch is mounted in a bolster plate located on the LH console. Serials 337 thru w/ PFD, 3 & subs w/o Perspective Avionics: An Avidyne FlightMax Entegra- Series Primary Flight Display (PFD) is mounted in the instrument panel. Backup instruments for airspeed, attitude, and altitude are mounted in a bolster plate located on the LH console. In airplanes with SRV configuration, the backup attitude indicator is not installed. The ignition switch is mounted in the instrument panel. Serials 06 & subs w/ Perspective Avionics: A Garmin Primary Flight Display (PFD) is mounted in the instrument panel. Backup instruments for airspeed, attitude, and altitude are mounted in a bolster plate located on the LH console. The ignition switch is mounted in the instrument panel. Serials 73 & subs w/ MD30 Standby Attitude Module: A Garmin Primary Flight Display (PFD) is mounted in the instrument panel. The MD30 Standby Attitude Module is a combined standby airspeed indicator, standby altimeter, and standby attitude indicator and is mounted in a bolster plate located on the LH console. The ignition switch is mounted in the instrument panel. A switch panel located in the bolster panel below the flight instruments contains the avionics power switch, pitot heat switch, lighting dimmer switches and the battery and alternator switches. Serials 886 & subs: The bolster panel switches are illuminated in the on position. An EL voltage inverter, located on the LH console strut converts DC power to AC power for the bolster switch panel backlight. The lights are powered by 8 VDC supplied through the -amp INST LIGHTS circuit breaker on Main Bus. A center console contains the avionics, flap control and position lights, power lever and mixture controls, fuel system indicator and controls, and audio controls. System circuit breakers, the alternate static source valve, alternate induction air control, and ELT panel switch are located on the left side of the console for easy access by the pilot. The parking brake actuation knob is mounted below the flight instruments on the left side of the center console. A friction knob for adjusting throttle and mixture control feel and position stability is located on the right side of the console. An accessory outlet, map compartment and audio controls are located in the console between the front seats. An hour meter, emergency egress hammer, and headset jacks are installed below the console armrest. All 3-0 Page Dec 0
