Dynamic Compactor Main Technical Features A Main Technical Features 1. Strong ramming power: Without gantry, the weight dropper may reach 20t, with a ramming force up to 4000kNm; with gantry, it may reach 50t, with a ramming force up to 10000kNm. 2. High construction efficiency: The hoisting mechanism may have single-rope tension up to 16t to the maximum and can effectively reduce the multiplying factor of hoisting. It may achieve dynamic ramming without uncoupling, thus saving coupling time and improving construction efficiency. It boasts a hoisting rope speed up to 130m/min to the most. 3. Safety and reliability: The compactor is designed with sufficient safety margin both in terms of structure and mechanism. The hydraulic parts imported from a well-know manufacturer significantly increase the operation cycles. arge-chassis design effectively enhances the stability of hoisting operation and hydraulic damping design provides secured protection. It can be operated conveniently and reliably in either working or installation mode. 4. Function extension: An optional auxiliary winch with the same capacity as the main winch; the task management software helps customers to learn the operating time and ramming cycles of the machine remotely. With some optional fittings, the auxiliary winch may meet the hoisting requirements. 5. Superior operation performance: oad sensing, limit load adjustment and electro-hydraulic proportion dead slow control offer the perfect inching performance of actions, and more stable operation; 6. Convenient maintenance technology: The time approaching the adjustment positions is no more 10min/person, that approaching the daily maintenance positions no more than 30min/person, and the maximum repairing time no more than 2h/ person. GPS remote monitoring system is also provided to facilitate users to maintain and manage equipment. 7. Dynamic Compactor Superworks Superworks Engine Weichai in-line six-cylinder, water cooled, turbocharging, electric-controlled engine Rate power/speed: 175kW/1900rpm Maximum torque: 1150N m/1200~1500rpm Emission standard: National Grade III Air filtering: two-stage filtering system consisting of air pre-filter and air filter Fuel tank: 400 in volume Electric control system CAN bus is used for data communication among the controller, combined instrument, engine, and remote control terminal. The combined instrument may indicate the following operation parameters: engine speed, fuel volume, engine oil pressure, servo pressure, wind speed, engine operating hours, etc., and the following operation states: main winch lockup, main luffing lockup, slewing lockup, etc. Hydraulic system Configuration of hydraulic system: The hydraulic system of a world-renowned brand is used, including main pump, main valve, manipulation handle, and motor reducer, efficient, energy-conserving, stable, and reliable. With superior inching property during slewing and hoisting, load sensing and threshold load adjustment, the operation becomes more stable. The hydraulic oil cooling system under independent control is used. Hoisting mechanism The drum is directly driven by the winch motor through the reducer. The drum may rotate in two directions through the winch handle, that is, lift and drop the hook. The motor reducer of a world renowned brand guarantees higher reliability; The design of polyline drum ensures smooth multilayer winding of ropes; two lifting winch mechanisms may be chosen optionally. Dynamic Compactor Specifications Slewing mechanism Inner-engaged slewing drive allows 360 rotation. The motor reducer of a world renowned brand guarantees higher reliability. Slewing lock: Hydraulically controlled locking pin is equipped to ensure that the superworks may be locked securely after work or during transportation. Free slipping: If, upon hoisting, the center of arm support and load center are not at the same plane due to incorrect judgment, the function of free slipping may automatically adjust the superworks correctly to prevent the hoisted weight from swinging. Slewing ring: Single-row ball slewing ring. Slewing speed: 0~2.1r/min Driver s cab The driver s cab is equipped with a sliding door in new design and large glass windows; with near and far head lights and rearview mirror, providing a broader vision; and with air conditioner (cool/ warm) and MP3 player. The seat, control levers, and control buttons are all arranged ergonomically, making the operation more comfortable. Armrest box: the left and right armrest boxes are equipped with control levers, electric switches, and ignition lock, etc. The armrest boxes can also be adjusted with the seat. Seat: a suspended, multi-mode and multi-position, adjustable seat is equipped with an unloading switch. Air conditioner: cool and warm air, optimized air channel and air port. Counterweight The trays and welded counterweight blocks are piled in a superimposed way to facilitate combination, assembly and disassembly, and transportation. Standard counterweight: 18t; composition: tray 4.3t 1, lower left counterweight block 2.7t 1; upper left counterweight block 3.9t 1, lower right counterweight 2.7t 1 ;upper right counterweight block 3.9t 1;and central counterweight block 0.5tx1. 11

Dynamic Compactor owerworks owerworks Independent traveling drive is mounted at the crawler frame at each side. The traveling motor achieves straight traveling and steering through the reducer and driving wheel. Extension of crawler: The crawler frame is extended and retracted through the extension of cylinder. Tensity of crawler: Jack is used to push the guide pulley, and adjusting gasket to adjust the tensity of crawler. Crawler shoe: High-strength, alloy cast steel crawler shoe boasts a longer service life. 12

Dynamic Compactor Safety Devices Safety Devices Switch for assembling mode/operating mode Under the assembling mode, the over roll-out limit device, boom limit device and load moment limiter are all not functioning to facilitate assembly of crane. Under the operating mode, all these safety limit devices are functioning. Emergency stop The power supply of the whole machine can be cut off and all actions stopped by pushing down the OFF button. Emergency function When the system program collapses, a contingent electric plug-in may be used to shift the whole machine to a safe condition for emergency purpose. Then, all safety protection functions are not functioning. Over-hoist limit device It is composed of the action trigger equipment and proximity switch inside the drum, to prevent overhoisting of wire rope. When the wire rope is rolled out near the last three circles, the limit switch will get actuated, and the system gives alarms with the buzzer, displays the alarm information on the combined instrument and shuts off the dropping action of winch automatically. Function locking If the function locking joystick is not fixed in position, all other functional control levers will not function, so as to prevent misoperation due to knocks of body in getting on and off the crane. When the operator is not at seat, all manipulations will not function, so as to avoid some misoperation effectively. Drum locking device The hoisting winch and luffing winch are both equipped with electric-controlled locking devices. efore operating the winch, it requires turn the knob switch to the release position and then the winch may act, so as to avoid misoperating the handle and ensure the safety of winch in the off-working state. Slewing locking device A hydraulic power pin may lock the crane at four positions, front, back, left and right; the slewing pin and slewing action are electrically interlocked to prevent misoperation. oom limit device When the angle of the lifting arm is over 80, the buzzer will give out alarms and the raising operation will be stopped. oom back-stop device Composed of nested steel pipe, spring, etc., it prevents the boom from back-tilting by relying on the spring force to buffer the inclining force of boom. oom angle indicator Pendulum-type angle indicator secured onto the boom base on the side near the driver s cab, thus facilitating operators to check. Hook Clamp Every lifting hook is equipped with a clamp plate to prevent wire rope from falling off. Operating system (optional) Camera: 2 cameras respectively for monitoring the auxiliary winch, luffing winch and the rear situation of the machine. Optional monitoring: zoom monitoring system for monitoring the working state of hooks. 14

Dynamic Compactor Safety Devices Optional remote monitoring: It may perform GPS satellite positioning, GPRS data transmission, inquiry and calculation of equipment use state, monitoring and analysis of operation data, and remote diagnosis of faults. Audio-visual alarm When the engine works, the light will flash; when the crane travels or slews, it will give out audio alarm. Slewing indicator During traveling or slewing, the slewing indicator flashes. Illumination Night illuminating devices, such as dipped headlight in front of the driver s cab, front angle-adjustable high beam, and illuminator inside the driver s cab, are equipped to improve the visibility during construction. Rearview mirror Mirrors are respectively set at the right side of the driver s cab and front handrail of the cover to facilitate monitoring the situation at the rear of the machine. *Note: The hoisting construction requirements can be met with some optional elements. 15

The rated load indicated in the table is the weight hoisted slowly and stably on a level and hard soil ground when the crane does not travel. 2. The rated load value does not cover additional loads, such as wind load, inertial load, and impact load. When the wind velocity exceeds Force 6, the compactor must stop running. 3. The rated load covers the weight of lifting hook. The actual lifting load is the remained value after the weights of lifting tools (e.g. lifting hook) are deducted from the rated load in the table (25t lifting hook weighs 0.5t). 4. When the crane is working, the crawler frame must be in the state of extension. 5. When the compactor runs, the hammer ram without gantry may not exceed 20t in weight. 6. The relationship between the multiplying factor of wire rope and the maximum rated load as well as weight of hook is shown in the table below.
