INTRODUCTION The UI310+ is a primary crushing unit fully assembled on a single trailer frame and mounted on a quad axle bogie It features the highly reliable and productive CI521 Impact crusher, ST 1263 Vibrating feeder Screen and discharge belt conveyor ST unit combines a separate pan feeder with double deck vibrating screen (ST1241 and ST1222) 16 m³ / 565 ft³ hopper with liners; both rear and side feeding possible; 3.7 m / 12 hopper width for rear feeding and 4 m / 13 for side feeding Foldable rear hopper plate Skid mounted hopper and feeder (can be removed to reduce weight and width) Option for extended conveyor of 11.3 m / 37 ; supported with wire ropes and turnbuckle assembly, and hydraulically folded during transportation Provision for attaching magnetic separator 3

ST FEEDER SCREEN Powerful drive with variable capacity ST units can significantly improve the total throughput of a primary station by their ability to keep a primary crusher fully fed even during varying feed conditions. The separate screen unit ensures efficient scalping and fines removal as well as high availability even with difficult materials. The separate feed unit gives better flow control than vibrating grizzly feeders as it can be regulated based on what tonnage is actually reaching the subsequent crusher. 9
