About Us Lake Superior Cabs, Inc. has been in the manufacturing business since 1992. Dean and Lynn Myers have steadily built the business on the philosophy of delivering the highest quality products in the industry. Our specialties include: Operator Cabs. Pilothouses. Control Cabs Page 1 Cab Design: Our control cabs are designed to supply the highest level of operator safety, comfort and visibility, plus provide protection to your valuable control equipment. We are one of the few facilities to offer construction in steel, aluminum and stainless steel. Control cabs are available in standard sizes from 4 x4 x7 H to 12 x20 x7 H, or custom built to customer specifications as needed. Cabs are constructed to withstand harsh environmental conditions in industrial settings, and built in the U.S.A. by skilled craftsmen. Check out our cabs and see the difference superior quality makes. Control Standard Construction Features: All steel, fully welded construction. Straight walls. 1½ 14 gauge square tube frame construction throughout. Exterior walls are covered with 14 gauge steel. Roof is covered with 12 gauge steel. Standard lift eyes. Laminated safety glass. All steel 28 door with heavy duty pin hinges, safety glass window and industrial locking handle. All steel floor sheeted with 10 gauge steel. Non-skid rubber floor mat. Sound suppression package. Sound suppression is fire resistant and has a perforated vinyl covering. Sound suppression is held in place using weld-on rivets with metal caps. All weather seals on doors and windows. Cabs are sandblasted, washed, and caulked before being primed and painted. Paint is industrial enamel. Optional Features: All aluminum welded construction. All stainless steel welded construction. 2 or 3 square tube frame construction. Slanted or full sloping walls. Safety glass in grey, green or bronze tint. Thermopane windows. Lexan and Lexan with MarGuard windows. Sliding windows. Mesh window guards. Escape hatch in ceiling or floor. Railings and decks. Door options include sliding doors, bi-fold doors, and pin hinged doors. 36 wide doors available. 1 1/2 or 2 insulation package. Interior wood or white structoglass paneling. Diamond plate floor or deck. Removable lift eyes. Complete wiring package: Package contains one 100 amp breaker box with one 30 amp breaker and two 20 amp breakers. One junction box for A/C. Three 110 volt outlets. One 4 overhead light. Cab is pre-wired into conduit. Phone and computer jacks. A/C and heat options available in wall or roof mount, 12, 24, 110 or 220 volt. Shelves, gauge panels, and storage boxes. Defroster fans. Operator seats. Windshield wipers. Custom paint colors available. 2

Control Cabs Interiors and Details Page 1 Inside of sliding door showing double latch (door latches in open and closed positions) and all weather seal. This cab has the standard sound suppression package. Interior showing dash panels and cabinets. Doors have automotive style bulb seal. Interior is sheeted with 16 gauge steel and painted. This cab also has the optional 2 insulation package. Wrap-around countertop, wood paneling and non-skid rubber floor mat. Inside of door showing industrial rotary latch and all weather door seal.
