T H E ESTATES TANGLEWOOD LAKES HOME COLOR CHART 2017 NOTE: When you are planning to paint your home the same colors or to make a change you must submit an archectual request to the property management company for the Archetual Committee s consideration. If you have submitted anything outside of the book examples and the Archetual Committee cannot agree, the request will be presented to the Board of Directors. In either situation you must submit color swatches. Always keep in mind that your roof color is the determining factor in the choice of colors for your home's exterior walls, trim, acscent, fence and driveway.. If approval is given, the colors proposed must be used, with NO variations. This book contains the approved colors for exterior walls, trim, and acscent from Sherwin Williams. Included is the approved colors for Fences and Driveways. Fence and driveway colors are standard colors from PPG, Behr, Benjarmin Moore and Valspar. All paints and stains can be bought from any dealer who can mix the appropriate color.
