Wear gloves and avoid sharp edges when assembling. 10. Always check hardware and assembled parts after assembling. All connections should be tight and hardware tightened. 11. Assembly Your Pneumatic Garden Stool will require complete assembly prior to use. It is important that you read the entire manual to become familiar with the product BEFORE you use the Garden Stool. Before assembling the Garden Stool be sure that you have all parts described in the Parts List and Assemby Diagram located on the last pages of this manual. Step 1) Step 2) Slide Seat (#1) and Handle (#2) with Air Pump (#3) down through the hole in the center of the Frame (#4). Slide Lock Pin (#8) into place on the bottom of the Air Pump (#3)-see Figure 1 and Figure 2. Insert the Air Pump (#3) up into the supporting plate attached to the bottom of the Seat (#1). Figure 1 Frame (#4) Lock Pin (#8) Step 3) Step 4) Place a Large Wheel (#5) between the forks on one side of the Frame (#4). Insert Axle (#6) through the Frame (#4) and Large Wheel (#5). Slide a Retaining Ring (#7) onto the end of each Axle to hold the Axle (#6) in place-see Figure 2. Repeat for second Large Wheel (#5). After assembling the Pneumatic Garden Stool, make certain that the Large Wheels (#5) are secure in place. Make certain that all hardware is secure and tightened down. Operation When operating your Garden Stool, refer to each of the operational Figures as well as to the Parts List and Assembly Diagram located on the last page of this manual. To prevent rolling while using the Pneumatic Garden Stool, set a block or large solid object next to the Wheel. It is best to use the Pneumatic Garden Stool on a flat, solid, clear location. Handle Pulling up on the Handle (#2) will automatically cause the Seat (#1) to rise to its highest level. To lower the Seat (#1), pull up on Handle (#2) while seated. Exerting slight pressure will lower the Seat (#1) to the desired position. Release the Handle (#2) once the desired position has been obtained-see Figure 3.
