CONTEMPORARY PISTOLS The weapons of the past century are still quite present in the streets of 2020. Because they are cheap or because of some nostalgia, Americans haven't yet thrown away their parents weak firepower. Hidden away in the bottom of a drawer, they keep an old weapon in perfect working condition. On the market, some fixers have specialized in the gathering and selling of these weapons at an extremely competitive price. Even some weapon shops have a sort of buy-sell scheme for these weapons, with all the warranties this legal and official market has to offer.<brthird world countries and guerrilla armies are others that keep these kind of weapons up and running. From a useful point of view, most of these old weapons completely meet most peoples need for self-defense in the USA of 2020: The scum that jump you on the streets or break into your home, haven't the resources to buy state of the art kevlar suits. Your "little" 9 mm from 1994 is more than enough to make them run. AMT Automag V Cartridge :.50AE (5D6) Cost : 500 eb Length : 28 cm Very large stainless steel automatic in the mighty.50 AE. MSP Cartridge : 7.62 mm SP-3 (1D6+3) Range : 40 meters Cost : 280 eb Length : 11 cm Country : USSR Designed from the ground up as an assasin's weapon, it has two seperate barrels, and is designed to kill a single victim at close range. The outside is unremarkable, and mechanically it is simple and straightforward. It is designed to be easily concelable and easy to draw out of a pocket or such. The greatest feature is it's special 7.62 mm silent rounds. An internal piston both drives the shot foreward, and traps the propellant gasses inside, totaly eliminating the noise, flash, and smoke associated with other weapons. The result is a truly silent shot. The case does not get ejected from the gun, keeping it's secret ammunition's technology safe. Another great feature is the fact that it uses the same size ammunition as the AK-47 assault rifle, and the barrels of the two guns are exactly the same. This leads investigators to belive that the man was killed by the AK-47 at long range, due to speed of impact, and not the close-range MSP.
