Introduction With more than 25 years of experience in Agricultural Spraying industry, we as Timsan Tarım Inc. realized a necessity for high quality, long lasting agricultural sprayers; which come with good design and reasonable price. TIMSPRAYER founded with the responsibility to create high quality, reliable, tough and competitively priced sprayers which are easy to operate. In order to comply above TIMSPRAYER standards we are working with world leaders for supplying the necessary parts: Annovi&Reverberi for pumps, Bondioli&Pavesi for gearboxes and shafts, Arag for plastic components Braglia for brass components Albuz/Agrotop for ceramic nozzle tips Our main office is at the heart of Turkey, Istanbul; and our assembly lines are located in Manisa and Isparta with a total of 12.500m 2.

Chassis The chassis is produced from certified iron with a robot welding system that creates resistant chassis. Electrostatic coat painting with high corrosion protection provides solidity to our chassis. Tank UV protected polyethylene main tank comes with acid proof treatment. Standard hand washing tank and clean water tank is equipped with the main tank. Good weight distribution of the machine, favorable centre of gravity. Smooth tank walls prevents any residual inside, Clean water tank helps to flushing and diluting residual quantities. Tank can be equipped and designed with various options to meet the needs of the operator. Draw Bar or Quick Coupler System Rotating draw bar with Pump standing on provides better turning. TIMSPRAYER drawbar eliminates the need for 80 primary shaft which helps sprayer s long lasting operation. 3 point quick coupler system that enables safe and easy attachment to the tractor. Agitators Arag Hydraulic agitator with polypropylene body equipped with double Venturi circuit to increase efficiency and reduce water consumption. Nicely operates at low pressure (nozzles 5-7-9 mm) or at high pressure (nozzles 2-3mm).
Induction bowl With the induction bowl you are able to quickly dissolve powdered chemicals and flush them into the tank. Polyethylene tank Mixing jet at high turbulence for a better mixing also for granular or powdered products Large lid for easy emission of chemical products Lid hinges, closing peg and bottom grid in stainless steel Rinsing nozzle to clean the chemical products and the internal tank. Filters TIMSPRAYER crop protection sprayers are geared with brass pressure filters that prevent the clogging of the nozzles and Arag suction filters to operate the diaphragm safely and sustainably. Line filters with the capacity of 150-160 l/min also equipped with respect to the number of sections on boom.
Booms TIMSPRAYER booms are made from strong and thick profiles for excellent quality and rigidity. Our booms are hydraulically operated, equipped with shock damping suspension that provides extra stability and steady operation. Functional design enables hoses, nozzles and spray line protection. Booms lengths vary from 12m to 24m. The spraying nozzles are fixed in each 50 cm on the booms. Booms can be adjusted by hydraulic lifting arm, which results perfect distribution of chemical to the crops. The central section of the boom provides stability whilst absorbing shocks and minimizing swinging. Booms can optionally be equipped with Ultrasound sensors to help leveling the boom automatically. Diaphragm Pumps Sustain perfect long lasting operation for use in agriculture for crop spraying by fertilizers, pesticides or weed killers. With years of experience in spraying our supplier Annovi Reverberi ensures with its engineering design smooth operation and even delivery at all times. Diaphragms are in NBR, H.P.D.S., Desmopan or Viton. Seals are in NBR or Viton. New-design diaphragm cut-out system to prevent contact tearing even in heavy-duty operating conditions. The pumps are available at requested flow rates.
Nozzle Holders & Nozzle Tips To have the perfect results TIMSPRAYER crop protection sprayers are equipped with Arag Uni-get (2-3-4-5 way nozzles available) clamp type nozzle holders with diaphragm check valve and quick coupling. High-strength nylon body EPDM diaphragm or Viton Check valve calibrated to 0.5 bar (0.3-0.9-1.4-1.8 bar on request) It is vitally important to select the right nozzle to spray the chemicals. There are many different types of nozzles from anti-drift models to simple flat fan models. Control Units TIMSPRAYER uses wide range of control units for different sprayers from simple manual control units to electrically and electronically driven control units: Arag Control Box 4669 Thanks to their modular fully configurable design, these control boxes fit into limited space applications. Control boxes feature a practical bayonet coupling and are available for control units with up to 7 sections, for electronic or solenoid valves, hydraulic units and special applications. Arag Bravo 180 Bravo 180S is the smallest computer belonging to precision farming range, but still offering high performance. A compact and cost-effective tool that is extraordinarily efficient and precise to meet all requirements of small-medium farming machine operations. Müller Elektronik SPRAYMAT II is the ideal device for monitoring simple crop protection sprayers. Its rugged, elegant plastic housing contains technology which has proved its worth thousands of times over. The device can also be used all year round on a wide range of machines as a modern hectare calculator with a forward speed display and rotational speed monitoring (e.g. PTO speed). SPRAYMAT II monitors the current speed and application rate (l/ha) and also calculates the individual areas worked, total area, amount of spray mixture applied and working time.
