PORTABLE CONVEYING REVOLUTION Did you know much of the technology used to design portable bulk handling conveyors was born in little old West Central Minnesota? Yep that s us! While Superior certainly didn t invent portable conveying, our significant advancements during the latter half of the 20th century revolutionized the technology. Today, we re the world s largest builder of portable bulk handling conveyors. 2 Superior Industries

CRUSHING SCREENING WASHING CONVEYING COMPONENTS PLANTS CONSTRUCTION AFTERMARKET Telestacker Conveyor Defeat Material Segregation with the World s Best Selling Telescopic Conveyor AVOID PENALTIES WITH IN-SPEC STOCKPILES 01/ Radial travel blends material better than conical piles. 02 06 01 03 02/ Variable height keeps proper mix of coarse and fine materials. 03/ Adjustable discharge height eliminates material overrun. 05 04 04/ Windrow stockpiling blends fine, medium coarse materials. 05/ No need to blend material with loader during reclamation. 06/ Programmable automation effortlessly controls motion. KING OF THE STOCKPILES With encouragement from our founder, two young Superior engineers were tasked to advance telescopic radial stacking conveyors in the 1990s. At the time, the technology was semi-portable at best. Years of research and development produced the first TeleStacker Conveyor in 1997 and by 2000 the brand quickly became the preferred standard for bulk handlers around the world. With 1,350 units manufactured and counting, our pursuit of excellence continues as we work together to defeat costly material segregation, accelerate road and pit portability and wipe out time-consuming maintenance. 110 130 136 150 158 170 190 210 500 TPH 36 30 30 36 36 36 800 TPH 36 36 36 36 36 36 36 36 1,000 TPH 36 36 36 36 36 36 36 36 1,200 TPH 42 42 42 42 42 1,500 TPH 42 42 42 42 42 1,800 TPH 48 48 48 2,400 TPH 48 48 48 3,200 TPH 54 4,000 TPH 60 60 60 5,000 TPH 72 4 Superior Industries

FEATURES 05 07 10 06 05 11 10 09 08 04 12 01 02 03 13 01/ TOW EYE Heavier duty design for years of dependable durability. 02/ CHEVRON PULLEY Ejects fugitive material for longer lasting pulleys and belting. 03/ SEALING SYSTEM Maintains tight seal between belt and skirting for spillage free load zone. 04/ SONICSCOUT SENSOR If no material is present, automation is paused until action is taken. 05/ EXTERRA SFL DUAL BELT CLEANER Proper automatic tension maintained for life of primary and secondary blades. 06/ MATERIAL LEVEL SENSOR Contact free sensor is not affected by dust or debris. 07/ NAVIGATOR RETURN TRAINER Constantly guides and center belt to present misalignment. 08/ LOAD ROLLERS Each roller equally shares weight of stinger conveyor. 09/ STINGER SAFETY STOP Activates in event of cable failure to maintain position of stinger. 10/ CROSS BRACING Maintains structural rigidity under heavy materials and wind loads. 11/ SLIDETRACK SYSTEM Cable support system designed with no catch points and easy maintenance. 12/ FB UNDERCARRIAGE Provides maximum undercarriage support for safety and lateral stability. 13/ PILEPRO AUTOMATION Designed in-house with clean, easy to understand interface. Rock Face to Load Out 5

AXLE CONFIGURATIONS NEW FD AUTO LEVEL AXLE Automatically maintains level travel. Head pulley is always balanced. Prevents belt mistracking. Standard with automation. FD AXLE FD AXLE Hydraulically transfers stacker from inline to radial mode in seconds. Invented by Superior in 1997 with more than 800 FD models built since. Enclosed planetary drive is securely protected from damaging debris. Walking beam suspension properly balances conveyor and load. 6 Superior Industries

AXLE CONFIGURATIONS XTP SWING AXLE Pull T-Handle to engage power travel; no chain drive. Physically transfer from road to operation in minutes. Concrete pad provides level runway. Link arms secure road and radial tires. XTP SWING AXLE PIT PORTABLE AXLE PIT PORTABLE AXLE Made from heavy duty fabricated steel. Designed for highest capacity, highest tonnage applications. Designed for towing within the quarry. Rock Face to Load Out 7

HIGHLIGHTS PILEPRO AUTOMATION In-house engineers reduce reliance on third parties. Step by step program is easy to setup and understand. Diagnostics screen allows users to quickly pinpoint faults. Proactive maintenance reminders signal upkeep tasks. Volume estimator reports estimated pile tonnage. Save settings for up to four unique pile configurations. PILEPRO AUTOMATION SLIDETRACK SYSTEM No areas for fugitive material to build up. Proven to be more reliable in cold weather. Easy to see and access for maintenance. Retrofit kits for previous model TeleStacker Conveyors. SLIDETRACK SYSTEM LOAD ROLLERS Large diameter rollers support stinger conveyor. Center pivot design supports weight equally on all rollers. Rollers at top and bottom for additional stability. CAM ROLLERS 8 Superior Industries

HIGHLIGHTS FB UNDERCARRIAGE Designed with more steel for rock solid bracing. Fully-braced inner and outer structures. Perimeter positioning of cylinders increases structural support. FB UNDERCARRIAGE STINGER SAFETY STOP Continuously monitors cable tension to stinger conveyor. Immediately reacts if breakdown of cable occurs. Spring loaded, mechanical device is field tested and proven. STINGER SAFETY STOP LOW PROFILE Eliminate reliance on transfer conveyor for loading. Accepts feed directly from portable crushers and screens. Minimize the number of loads in portable spread. Reduce space requirements with less equipment. LOW PROFILE Rock Face to Load Out 9
