[ ] BALTEK DECOLITE FIBERGLASS COMPOSITE PANELS used instead of plywood. [ ] RUBRAIL 100% THRU-BOLTED: deck and hull joined together with Bi directional glass. Hardware [ ] TOW EYES: (QTY.3) two located at stern and one at bow. [ ] CLEATS: (QTY.5) - pull up, one located at the bow, 2 located at the stern, port and starboard side, and 2 located even with dash on port and starboard side. [ ] ROPE CHOCKS: (QTY.2) stainless steel, located port and starboard side of bow cleat. [ ] RUB RAIL is made of stainless steel, 1 1/4 inches wide and 100% through bolted. [ ] DRAIN PLUG custom made out of stainless steel. [ ] FUEL TANK: 90 gal. for a single engine and 130 gal. for a twin engine installation. [ ] FUEL LINE Coast Guard approved. [ ] FUEL FILL is a 2-inch screw top, stainless steel gas fill, mounted on starboard side. [ ] CLAMPS for fuel fill line, (4) T bolt stainless clamps. [ ] FUEL VENT is made of stainless steel and protected with a shield, mounted on the starboard side. [ ] HATCH LIFTS: (QTY.2) gas spring lifts help to assist in lifting the rear hatch. Cockpit [ ] LENGTH of the stern drive cockpit with a 3' hatch is 7' 10 [ ] COCKPIT HEIGHT average is 34 inches. [ ] SEATS SIX ADULTS. [ ] BOLSTER BUCKETS: you have the choice of two models, one being the stand up model with welded stainless steel stands and swing down drop outs, or your other choice is state of the art sit down bolsters with 7.5" of multi density mattress foam and seat slides. [ ] SEAT SLIDES are for front to back adjustability for each sit down bucket seat. [ ] REAR BENCH seats four adults and are equipped with grab handles. Progression 29 Stern Drive Cockpit, continued [ ] UPHOLSTERY CHANNELS are rolled and pleated using 1-inch foam and is hand stuffed into plastic bags. This helps to seal out any water. [ ] SUN CUSHION on the stern drive model the hatch comes in 3' and 4', depending on cockpit length and drive options. [ ] CARPET is throughout the entire cockpit. You have the choice of any two colors of the many that we have to offer. [ ] HANDLE made of 1-inch stainless steel and is located on the dashboard, port side. [ ] COCKPIT COVER comes with a pole vent and 2 side vents with screens. Cabin [ ] DOOR HATCH is made of bronze Lexan. The hatch is fastened by 2 stainless steel hinges and a height adjuster, both of which are all though bolted. [ ] CABIN DOOR comes in white and is made of King Starboard marine grade polymer - U.V. stabilized, textured finish. Cabin Door Hardware Hinges (qty. 2) that are made of 1/8 x 4 x 4 stainless steel that s through bolted. Door knob is made of brass that s chrome plated. Pg. 02
Progression 29 Stern Drive 6 8 [ ] V BUNK is 6'8" long. The cushion is made up of 3 1/2 thick mattress foam that s covered with plastic. The V bunk cushion is made into 3 sections. The covers are made of vinyl (your choice of 2 colors). The covers are made to be easily removable with a zipper that makes for easy cleaning. [ ] CABIN SEATS: (QTY.2) they seat 8 adults and measure 6 10 long. The seats face each other and are made of the finest mattress foam. The seats have a total thickness of 3 of cushion. The seat covers are also made with zippers and are completely removable. [ ] STOARGE AREA: located behind each bench seat. [ ] BOW LOCKER has a mirrored access door. [ ] V BUNK STORAGE LOCKER: (QTY.3)is a compartment under the V bunkcushion giving you more storage. [ ] V BUNK COMPARTMENT has a hinged cover for easy accessibility to an optional porta potti. Cabin, continued Progression 29 Stern Drive [ ] CABIN LIGHTS consist of 2 lights in V bunk area and 4 lights in the seating area, controlled by 2 switches located at the entrance way. [ ] MIRRORS (QTY.2) both are located on the inside of the cabin on the dashboard bulkheads. Behind the starboard mirror there's access to the gauges and helm. [ ] HEADLINER through out the cabin is made of a plush light colored fabric and or white vinyl. Over the V bunk are striped vinyl strips that create a tasteful decor. [ ] CARPET AND WALL COVERING is throughout the entire cabin and you have the choice of 2 colors. [ ] BOMAR DECK HATCH finished with interior trim ring and screen. Electrical [ ] BOW LIGHT is made of stainless steel and is mounted on the deck (bow). [ ] STERN LIGHT is mounted at the starboard stern and the pole is completely removable. [ ] FUSE PANEL is a ATC/ATO 12 circuit plug in, with a ground bar. [ ] DASH SWITCH PANEL (QTY.1) has 5 waterproof switches with LED indicators. [ ] BILGE PUMP Lovett 1200 GPH works with automatic and manual operation. [ ] BATTERY BOX is made of stainless steel and thru bolted through the floor. [ ] ELECTRICAL TUBING runs from bow to stern and is mounted every 12 inches to protect against the wiring from getting chafed. Pg. 04
Progression 29 Stern Drive Stern Drive rigging for both single and twin [ ] INSTRUMENTS are Mercury gauges, fuel, tachometer, 250-degree water temperature, voltmeter and 80 PSI oil pressure gauge. [ ] GAFFRIG DRY SPEEDOMETER with a stainless steel kick up water pickup. [ ] DASH SWITCH PANEL five gang. [ ] ELECTRICAL RACEWAY wiring trough with removable cover for easy accessibility to existing dashboard wiring. [ ] HELM: Capilano steering helm with Aeroquip Hose and fittings. [ ] ACCESS to the back of the dashboard is through a mirror access panel over cabin seating. [ ] SOLID FRONT ENGINE MOUNTS. To meet engine manufactures warranty requirements, Progression installs this system as a standard. [ ] STRINGER MOUNTS are custom made aluminum mounts. These mounts are used to fasten the front engine mount to the stringers. [ ] FUEL FEED system uses Coast Guard approved hose. Pg. 05
Progression 29 Stern Drive Stern drive rigging for both single and twin (continued). [ ] THRU TRANSOM EXHAUST comes with 4-inch stainless steel tips and rings. [ ] LATHAM HYDRAULIC STEERING includes one steering ram for the single drive application and two rams with an external tie bar for the twin drive applications. We install Latham's rear mount on the drives upper along with stainless steel braided hose and fittings. PROGRESSION installs this system to ensure the engine manufactures warranty. [ ] PROPELLER is a Mercury 4 blade Bravo. [ ] TRIM TABS 380S, with indicators. [ ] ELECTRIC HATCH LIFT to make lifting a pleasure to get to engine compartment. Installed with a quick release pin in case of power failure. [ ] ENGINE COMPARTMENT LIGHTS: (Qty. 2) with dash mounted switch mounted on port and starboard side of the engine. Single engine stern drive rigging [ ] CONTROLS are Mercury's panel or console mount Commander 3000 series, with built in trim switch, trailering switch and safety switch. [ ] CABLES: Mercury, one shift and one throttle. [ ] ENGINE HARNESS and key switch are by Mercury. Twin engine stern drive rigging [ ] CONTROLS: Zero Effort, 2 shifts and a Custom split foot throttle or Zero Effort, 2 shifts and 2 throttles. Both control systems include a fiberglass mounting box. [ ] CABLES: Morse 33 Supreme. [ ] ENGINE TRIM SWITCHES for the twin engines we use 3 switches for the engines and 3 switches for the trim tabs making a 6 gang panel.
