This is why we insist on meeting the highest standards in appearance and armouring. New inner-roof (roof liner) and door panels are pre-fabricated similarly to standard OEM fittings. These specially designed panels allow the needed extra space for the armouring package, but look similar to the OEM vehicle and do not decrease the interior room. Our special armouring and interior design also grant easy access to systems requiring service in specialized workshops and repair in the field of operation. In order to maintain smooth door functions, the door hinges are redesigned and replaced by heavy duty versions, which can handle the extra weight. They keep the door from dropping down during constant use. In addition, every door is reinforced with tie straps and door guides to hold the door while the monocoque construction shifts. This special kind of construction prevents annoying rattling and squeaking over prolonged drives on uneven or rough roads.
