CARE AND MAINTENANCE Periodically check all fasteners to assure they are tight. Clean the wagon using water and mild soap. Rinse with water sprayed from a garden hose. Check the tire pressure and adjust to recommended pressure if needed. YOU MUST READ THIS DOCUMENT BEFORE YOU BEGIN TO ASSEMBLE THE Wagon. Thank you for purchasing this wagon. When properly assembled and maintained, this product will provide years of reliable service. These instructions include helpful hints and important information needed to safely assemble and properly maintain the wagon. Please read these instructions before you begin. If you have any questions during the assembly, contact Customer Service for assistance. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS Do not use the wagon if any part is broken or damaged. This wagon is not a toy. Do not allow children use the wagon. Do not use on inclines; wagon may tip or roll away. Do not load your wagon with more than 3000lbs. Inflate the tires with ambient air only. Inflate the tires to the proper level as indicated on the tires. Do not inflate tires more than 35 PSI. Never use a flammable gas to inflate the tires. Never allow riders in the wagon. Always distribute payload evenly over the surface of the bed. REQUIRED TOOLS The following list identifies the main tools needed for assembly. To safely assemble the wagon, two (2) individuals are needed. Flathead screwdriver Metric and standard wrenches and socket set Pliers UNPACK AND IDENTIFY PARTS The following steps help to ensure that you have all the necessary parts before you begin. Unpack the contents of the shipment and place where you can easily inventory the parts. If anything is missing or you have questions, consult the Pictorial Parts List or contact Customer Service. 2
To better align the wagon, do not fully tighten the nuts and bolts until the entire wagon is assembled. 3. 4. 1 FRONT AND REAR AXLE ASSEMBLY Remove tongue bolt, lock nut, tongue washers, and spacer from the center of the front axle. Align the hole in the center of the tongue attachment with the hole in the center of the front axle. Insert spacer in between the tongue attachment and the axle frame. Secure using tongue bolt, tongue washers, small washer and lock nut. Slide one (1) wheel, large washer, and cotter pin in that order onto each end of the axle. Large Washer View as seen from the bottom. Cotter Pin Washer and cotter pin are used on the outside of the wheel. Install the wheel with the valve stem to the outside. Parts List and Tools Required Flat Screwdriver Back Axle (1) Socket/Wrench Set Large Washers (4) Front Axle (1) Pliers Wheels (4) Cotter Pins (4) 3
2 CONNECT AXLES AND ATTACH TONGUE NOTE: Hardware may ship attached to parts. Position front and back axles as shown and insert the frame adaptor into the slots in both axles. Align the holes and secure using 12x70mm bolts, washers and lock nuts. See diagram A. Front Axle 12x70mm bolts, washers,and lock nuts Back Axle Align the holes on the tongue with the holes in the tongue attachment. Secure in place using a 12x80mm bolt, washer, and lock nut. See diagram B. Frame Adaptor 3. Insert the hitch pin through the end of the tongue and secure with cotter key. A 4. Tighten all connections. Periodically check connections to make sure they are tight and secure. 5. Check tire pressure and adjust as needed. Do not inflate tires more than 35 P.S.I.
