With the compact design, the model reduces the required installation floor area by over 40% from the existing model. Complete separation of control unit, bus unit, circuit breaker unit and cable unit minimizes the ripple effect of accident. Leading the World best Features of HYOSUNG ProSWGR Compartment structure that meets LSC2B ProSWGR meets LSC2B in the service continuity level of IEC62271-200. ProSWGR has a control unit, a main bus unit, a circuit breaker unit and a cable unit in separate compartments. Under LSC2B, for VCB lead out, the shutter is closed automatically, separating the main bus unit from the cable unit both electrically and mechanically. LSC2B Busbar Compartment CB Compartment Cable Compartment Metallic partition structure The metallic partition structure consists of metal compartments and metal shutter, providing superior insulation and outside protection against arc accident. Metallic partitions maintain earthing status between live cables and inspection part, securing safety of operators. Operators can monitor operation through the inspection window while the CB door is closed, and the equipment supports interlock with front door according to the circuit breaker state. ProSWGR 04/05

Leading the World best Interlock structure (Mandatory) It is impossible to connect/disconnect circuit breaker, while it is in the On position. You cannot switch On while connecting/disconnecting the circuit breaker. It is possible when the circuit breaker is in the Service position or the Test position. The circuit breaker can be switched off manually if there is no operating power or electric interlock at the Service or Test position of the circuit breaker. In the service position the control plug cannot be separated. You cannot connect the earthing switch when the circuit breaker is in the Service position. You cannot connect/disconnect VCB while the door is closed. The shutter can be operated via movement of the circuit breaker. You cannot handle it manually. Interlock structure (Option) LV Door LPS is equipped on the door. Switch Operation To prevent switch operation error, it is possible to control the switch with a software program. Control Plug You can disconnect the electric status contact point when connecting /disconnecting the control plug. Electric State Check (control panel) Electric contact point can be implemented to check the circuit breaker position and earthing switch status. Earthing Padlock Padlock can be installed at the earthing switch control. Door Padlock Padlocks can be installed on the CB compartment and the cable compartment. CB Door It is possible to check the VCB operation through the monitoring window. You cannot open the door if the circuit breaker is in the service position in uncertain position. A push button is on the door which can switch off the circuit breaker in emergency. Shutter Padlock When the circuit breaker is removed, you can install a padlock to each shutter for easy maintenance. Cable Door You cannot open the door when the earthing switch is not connected. It is possible to check the cable through the monitoring window. You cannot control the earthing switch when the cable part door is open. ProSWGR 06/07

Motor Control Center Supervisory & Control Panel IPB (Isolated Phase Bus) NSPB(Non Segregated Phase Bus) Motor Control Center is designed with operator s safety and easy to handling. It will provide the motor s status supervision. Supervisory & Control Panel will provide the easy to operation protection and control of power system by humane facto application. IPB is designed for high current, critical equipment or large capacity power plants. IPB is applied to the bus with the rated voltage of 36kV or lower and the rated current of 5,000~50,000A. Metal Enclosed Bus is a good method for main bus application in power plants, substations, buildings and factories. 25.8kV SIS Spot Network System 25.8kV SIS is an environment-friendly product using epoxy solid insulation technology instead of SF6 gas. The model adopts dual buses for uninterrupted expansion and maintenance. The isolated phase bus technology prevents short-circuit and the surface grounding provides high stability of the system.
