HEAVY-DUTY PUMPS DELIVER UP TO 40,000 PSI (2,800 BAR) Standard and custom-designed systems are NLB specialties. The heart of any waterblast system is its high-pressure pump, and NLB s are well known for rugged performance. With a range of models to choose from both triplex and quintuplex designs we can deliver pressures from 2,000 to 40,000 psi (140-2,800 bar). NLB pumps can be electrically or diesel-powered, and mounted on skids or trailers to go where you need them. With NLB, you don t have to sacrifice power for flexibility. The diesel-powered Model 20253D, mounted here on a skid, delivers 22 gpm (83 lpm) at a water pressure of 20,000 psi (1,400 bar). They can be programmed to clean an entire carrier or selected areas (e.g., mounting details). 5 NLB can design an automated carrier cleaning system featuring overhead and side-mounted SPIN JETs in a sound-attenuated enclosure. Modular designs allow prewiring and prepiping before shipment to reduce installation time and minimize plant disruption. A SPIN JET grate cleaner delivers up to 11 gpm (42 lpm) at 40,000 psi (2,800 bar), yet is easily controlled by one man.
