4 Exploration Tunnel Parts Required ASSEMBLY TIP: Use a utility knife to carefully clean out any plastic that may have accumulated in the inserts. 1. Place a Crawl Tube Panel (156903) with the elliptical opening facing up. 2. Match the Tube Section (177622) with the panel. 3. Using Figures K-030 and K-045, align the index lines of the tube to the 3 o clock and 9 o clock positions of the Crawl Tube Panel. K-030 K-045
4. Place a bolt, lockwasher, and flatwasher in the 12, 3, 6, and 9 o clock positions and attach the tube to the panel. Do not tighten merely finger tighten these 4 bolts. (see Fig. K-021) 5. Attach the remaining hardware to the Tube and Panel and tighten all 12 bolts until the lockwashers are flattened. K-021 6. Attach the second Crawl Tube Panel (156903) to the other end of the tube following the instructions above. ASSEMBLY TIP: Move the smaller of the two deck assemblies closer together before proceeding to the next step.
7. Lift the crawl tube assembly so the panels are above and behind the wings of the uprights. The tube should be between the uprights. Slide the panels into place between the uprights. ASSEMBLY TIP: It may require downward pressure on the panels to force the tube into place. 8. Attach both Panels to the uprights and deck in the same manner as with previous panels.

Attach the Footbuck to the underside of the LittleFoot Slide and fasten. (see Fig. K-024) K-024 2. Attach the Slide Entrance Panel (156922) to the uprights and deck in the same manner as with previous panels.
