Jutec very high precision surface grinding The Jutec-series stands for very high precision surface grinding at remarkably low investment. On the basis of a compact, practice proven construction, the Jutecseries is able to resolve all arising grinding tasks within an extremely accurate tolerance range. The Jutec-series is noted for the use of modern materials and the application of the very latest mechanical and electrical components. The Jutec-series is used for reciprocal surface and reciprocal plunge cut grinding. The basic geometric design is based on the well known fl oor type construction principle. The machine s rigidity is achieved by a composite structure consisting of a spindle box, cross-slide column and machine bed.
Machine bed The high measure of rigidity and grinding accuracy is guaranteed as a result of the honeycomb structure and double external walls. The grinding table features coated guideways and a hydraulic drive, and it is fully supported throughout its positioning range. Application Surface grinding for workpiece fi nishing with a fi ne surface is one of the quality hallmarks of Jutec machines. Optimal technology-related machining and variable positioning speed, reduces the non-productive times. Control Minimum setting-up time through exceptional operating convenience to simplify the adjustment of the required machine functions by way of the control.
