2015 TRAINING PROGRAM 1) Goal / Public : Goal: Capacitate and/or qualify public transport company workers, Marcopolo customers, to perform maintenance and repairs on the buses in their fleet. Public: Bus body training: Workshop employees (mechanical, electrical, bodywork), instructors, supervisors, at the client's discretion. Driver training: Company driver instructors and drivers, at the client's discretion. 2) Course Location and Times: Off-site courses: The courses held outside Caxias do Sul will be offered at the representative offices in each area, according to the attached timetable. In-site courses: Marcopolo S.A.: Av. Rio Branco, 4889 Bairro Ana Rech Caxias do Sul RS Phone: (54) 2101.4234 Fax: (54) 2101.4239 Course times: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 3) Training Scope and Methodology: Scope: The training program includes Bus Body Operation, and Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance modules, with an examination of the knowledge acquired at the end of the training. Methodology: The modules will address the interpretation of the Marcopolo S.A. bus body mechanical and electrical maintenance manual, as well as contents on Plating, Finishing, and Pneumatic Systems. 4) Registration / Number of Participants / Certificate distribution: Registration: Register to the course(s) of interest by filling the application form and sending it via fax and/or e-mail, no later than one week before the course starts. Number of Participants: In-site courses: 6 to 15 persons per class Off-site courses: 15 a 30 persons per class Certificates: They will be sent to the company/customer after completing the total workload planned for the course, and according to the achievement level attained by the participant. In case the participant's achievement level does not reach 60%, a certificate of attendance will be sent, instead of the certificate of completion sent to those who reach that mark.
