Photo-1 Install the water pump (P180) using four 1/4-20 x 1-1/4 SHCS (S106) and three 1/4-20 x 3-1/4 (S132) SHCS. In the two shown location upper holes insert two 3/8 x 6 threaded studs (S350). In the two shown lower holes use two 3/8 x 5-1/2 threaded studs (S349). Photo-2 Install two 2.775 stainless spacer to the two lower threaded studs (S775). On the left upper stud slid the A/C rear support (55103-A) over the stud and secure with a 2 stainless spacer (S771) on the right side slide the Alt. Rear support (55102-A) over the stud and secure with a 2 stainless spacer (S771). Now in the left rear support bracket thread a 5/8 x 1-1/8 threaded bushing (S450). In the left rear support thread a 5/8 x.850 long threaded bushing (S453) As shown. Photo-3 Install the Belt adjustment bracket (713) to the rear of the main bracket using two 1/4-20 x 3/4 SHCS (S102) insert the 1/4-20 screws thru the front of the main bracket. Note the rear support installs to the right side of the man bracket when looking from the front of the bracket. Photo-4 Mount the main bracket (55101-A) to the three stainless spacers using three 3/8-16 x 1 SHCS (S248). Leaving the non counterbored hole open for now.

Photo-5 Install the Water pump pulley (5502-A) with the Water pump cap (330-A) using four 5/15-24 x 7/8 SHCS (S186). Now install the Crank pulley (5501-A) using four 3/8 x 1 SHCS (S248). Photo-6 Mount the Alternator (P572) to the main bracket. In the upper hole use a 8mm x 20 MM SHCS (S550). In the lower hole use a 3/8 x 3-3/4 SHCS (S274) running it thru The rear support using the 5/8 adjuster to take up and gap. Secure with a 3/8 washer (S666) and 3/8 lock nut (S622). Now add the Alt. Fan (221-A) the Alt. Pulley (208-A) securing with the (S685) lock washer using a impact to secure. Now add the (307-A) Alt cover with three 8/32 x 1 SHCS (S028). Photo-7 Install the A/C unit (P412) to the main bracket in the face plate use two M8 x 20 MM SHCS (S550). Thru the rear support use a 5/16 x 2-1/2 SHCS (S148) two 5/16 washers (S660) and a 5/16 lock nut (S616). Use the 5/8 Adjuster to take up any gap. Now add the A/C cover (394-A) Using three M6 x 20 MM Button heads (S520) Or three 1/4-20 button heads. (S124). Photo-8 Mounting the power steering bracket (55104-A) First mount the pump to the bracket (P314) using two 8 x 20 MM SHCS (S550) then attach the bracket to the main front bracket using two 3/8 x 3/4 shcs (S244). Now mount the P/S pulley (650-A) using three 5/16 7/8 SHCS (S144). Now mount the idler pulley to the P/S bracket (746-A) using a 3/8 x 2-1/4 hex bolt (S324) with a 3/8 washer (S666). Now install the idler cap (302-A) using three 8/32 x 3/8

Photo-9 Installing the idler pulley (747-A) to the belt adjuster (note this idler has a larger base on the rear of the pulley). Use a (S666) 3/8 washer and a 3/8 x 1-3/4 hex bolt (S254). Leave the cap off at this time. Photo-10 Add a (740-A) to the main plate using a 3/8 x 2-1/4 hex bolt (S324) then add the idler cap (302-A) using three 8/32 x 3/8 SHCS (S022). Photo-12 Installing the belt 6 rib 83 long. Make sure the belt adjustment idler is in the upward position install the 83 belt, Now with the idler snug turn the adjuster counter clock wise pushing the idler down and putting tension on the belt when the belt is tight fully tighten the idler pulley and install the idler cap (302-A) using three 8/32 x 3/8 SHCS (S022). RE-CHECK all bolts run the motor at Idle making sure the belt is running true then speed up the RPM s Before connecting the hot A/C wire remove the A/C unit cap and use the provided (P417) A/C Line adapters and charge the system. NOTE: NON P/S kit use two 3/8 washers (S666) two 3/8 x 1 SHCS (S248) and two 3/8 Lock nuts (S622) in place of P/S bracket. March Performance Tech Support 1-888-729-9070 Marchperformance.com
