Definitions kwh Daily supply charge 'kwh' stands for kilowatt hour and is the unit of measurement for your electricity bill. A charge that applies for supplying electricity to your premises for each day of the billing period, regardless of how much electricity you use. Additional Information Cooling Off Eligibility Billing Contract length How prices vary If you change your mind, you can cancel within 10 business days after you've received your welcome pack from us. You must be a small customer with an applicable meter type and network tariff in Victoria, and must meet our credit requirements. We will bill you monthly in arrears. The contract starts when you agree to our offer and continues until you or we end it. We will start selling you electricity after the cooling off period ends and, if we are not already the retailer responsible for the sale of electricity at your premises, once the transfer to us is complete. The electricity plan term is 24 months, at which time the benefits end. We'll remind you before this period ends. We may vary your electricity prices or impose additional charges in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. We will notify you in writing if we do.
