The Constructive Benefits of RITZ - an Overview: Shaft. A short shaft with protection sleeves. The benefits: The small distances between bearings ensure that the pump operates with minimal vibration, while the corrosionresistant and abrasion resistant materials mean a long service life. Impeller. Hydraulically optimized, doubleflow radial impeller with large impeller inlet surfaces. The benefits: Optimal suction with excellent NPSH values. Maximum efficiency minimizes operating costs. The double-flow design reduces the load (axial thrust) on the bearings to a minimum, thereby contributing to a longer service life. Bearings. Bearing on both sides with generously dimensioned, grease lubricated roller bearings. The benefits: An extremely stable rotor unit that ensures quiet, low-vibration operation and a long service life. Casing. Axial split casing of the in-line type, available in different materials. The benefits: maintenance and inspection without having to remove the pump from the pipe system. Simple assembly of the top part with an automatic locking device. Seal. Available with a gland packing or a maintenance free mechanical seal in different material combinations.suitable for drinking water! The benefits: Can be adjusted to suit operating conditions. Identical components make it easy to change to other types of seals. 3
