Available in two versions: (Standard) and HEE (High Energy Efficiency). These units have been made for operation indoors in the production of hot and/or cold water, applicable to heating, cooling, and industry. They are equipped with centrifugal fans ( version) or electronic plugfans (HEE version), plate exchangers, hermetic scroll compressors, and electronic control with microprocessors, components optimised for the R-410A refrigerant. This range is also offered with an integrated circulation pump: LPC / ILPC and optionally, with a hydraulic module (attached to the unit or independent) equipped with a buffer tank. The entire range also has the option to include a desuperheater circuit that allows for the production of hot water at a temperature greater than in the condensation circuits. All units are charged with refrigerant and are tested at the factory, verifying the correct operation of all their components. SERIES Air-condensed water chillers. Version with circulation pump included (LPC / ILPC) This version includes, in the same casing that the LP / ILP version, the following components: - Monocellular IP centrifugal circulation pump that can operate with glycol water (mono-ethylene glycol). The pump must be changed for mono-propylene glycol (upon request). - Closed expansion vessel. - Safety valve with a tare value of 4 bar. - Draining valve. - Automatic air bleeder valve (in models 200 to 30). - Filter with stainless steel mesh (800 microns), supplied in the kit for installation by the installer. This one includes a thermal buffer tank made of black stainless steel, painted, and thermally insulated, with an anti-freeze electrical heater (1kW). This heater has the option to be replaced by a support heater to heating in one or two stages (from 3 kw to 3kW). The module can be supplied coupled to the LPC / ILPC unit or separate for connection on site by the installer. In this case, the fl exible connections of 00 mm (option) are recommended. Note: the antifreeze protection with fl exible electric heaters on the hydraulic circuit piping (option) is not available with separate hydraulic module (see options). Options Pumps The pump installed on a unit LPC / ILPC can be replaced for: - High-pressure, monocellular, IP, circulation pump that can operate with glycol water (mono-ethylene glycol). - Low-pressure, monocellular, IP, circulation pump that can operate with glycol water (mono-ethylene glycol) (except in model 90). - Double circulation pump with automatic switching for operation between the two pumps (models 200 to 30). This option is available in units that have the standard or high-pressure pump. Configuration - VERTICAL air discharge, M01 assembly (default horizontal discharge, M00 assembly). - In the version: Different confi gurations of available pressure from 7 to mm.a.c. (default 7 mm.a.c.). Acoustic - Acoustic insulating cover for compressor (LOW NOISE version). Climatic conditions - In the version: Condensation pressure control by the damper with proportional control for operation during all seasons (up to -1 C). Damper Servomotor Comfort / heating - Electrical heater for support in heating in the hydraulic module, available in one or two stages: 3kW / kw / 8kW / 12kW / 24kW (12+12) / 3kW (24+12) Note: this electrical heater replaces theanti-freeze electrical heater (1kW) which incorporates the buffer tank as standard.
