The Stone and rubble trailer has been designed to handle the tough jobs. ONE SPREADER - TWO SPREADING OPTIONS The new 1100mm diameter rotors have a disc base with three blades and replaceable wearing- parts. The option of a hydraulic folding canopy door allows the spreader to be used as a vertical beater spreader or with the doors closed the spreader can be used as a spinning disc spreader. MAXIMUM OUTPUT With the hydraulic canopy doors fully open the spreader is used as a twin vertical beater for maximum output. MAXIMUM ACCURACY Closing the canopy doors allows the spreader to spread with the disc section only and is the ideal solution to achieve maximum spreading width and accuracy. DELILAH MANURE SPREADERS 4000 SERIES D4150 Model shown includes optional equipment at extra cost DELILAH VERTICAL BEATER MANURE SPREADERS The Delilah 4000 series models are constructed with 6mm floor panels and 4mm side panels. The floor is hydraulically driven with two floor chains and a single floor slat. Chains are 16mm up to 10 tonnes and 20mm on bigger machines with 65mm and 80mm drive shafts respectively. The body is 1550mm wide with a flared top to create a wider top area for easy loading and less spillage. Rotors are 890mm diameter up to 9.5 tonnes and 1100mm diameter on bigger machines. With large diameter rotors and a high tip speed the Delilah 4000 series spreaders offer wide spreading width and excellent shredding on a wide range of manures, composts and sludges. GRS GRAIN CHASER BINS Model shown includes optional equipment at extra cost The GRS Grain chaser bins are designed for high output grain harvesting and are available in 20 and 25 tonne models. The GRS models have a variable height and reach unloading auger with direction control on the unloading hood to give flexibility and maximum efficiency when unloading. The bins run on tandem or tri-axles with mono leaf spring suspension and a sprung drawbar. The tandem axle GRS20 has a rear steering axle and the GRS25 has front and rear steering axles and the design means the Chaser bin has a low centre of gravity providing excellent stability when operating on sloping ground or towing at speed. Air and hydraulic brakes with load sensing valves are standard on both models. Any defect that applies to the workmanship of Richard Western Ltd will be repaired on site wherever possible, free of charge. If it is necessary for the machine to be returned to the factory the transport costs will be charged to the customer. This warranty excludes all wearing parts and paintwork. Parts that are not manufactured by Richard Western Ltd are covered by the manufacturer s guarantee and are subject to their Warranty. Their findings will be binding. We will consider all claims during this period providing the following procedure is followed: 1. A completed Warranty Registration Form has been returned to us. 2. We are notified immediately of any defect. 3. No work is carried out without obtaining Warranty Authorisation. 4. Richard Western Parts are used for any repair work.
