FastFix attachments Fitted without tools and quickly replaced: the FastFix attachments thus turn a Festool cordless drill into an elbow screwdriver, eccentric screwdriver or depth limiting screwdriver. CENTROTEC quick-change system Fast change between drilling, countersinking and screw driving: the CENTROTEC quick-change system is a chuck and bit holder in one and, at the same time, 50% smaller and 80% lighter than a standard drill chuck. The hexagonal tools are centred by balls for optimised power transmission and 10-fold higher true running. EC-TEC motor The EC-TEC drive concept from Festool stands for extraordinary power development with minimised power consumption across the entire speed range from the insertion of large screws to drilling at speeds of up to 1500 rpm. The accessories are just like the CXS cordless drill itself: particularly small and handy. 1. The elbow adapter is for screwdriving around corners and for reaching concealed screws at tight angles. 2. The CENTROTEC quick-change system replaces chuck and bit holder and speeds up the change between drilling, countersinking and screwdriving. 3. The standard chuck is always included in the scope of delivery for all tools with cylindrical shank. Not only always at your fingertips: your hands are also free at the right moment: the belt clip can be attached for right- and left-handers as required. This switch really saves time: the torque setting for screwdriving is retained even if you drill now and again at maximum torque.
