AZAR LAMP COMPARTMENT CORROSION RESISTANT, WEATHER PROOF COMPACT FLOODLIGHT RANGE Compact corrosion resistant, weather proof flood light with integral gear tray for use with 70W HPS, 70W/150W HQI and 80W MBF lamps. APPLICATION Azar is an ENERGY SAVING floodlight which uses 75% less energy than traditional tungsten halogen lamps with more than five times longer lamp life. Azar is particularly suitable for applications involving long periods of operation i.e. security lighting, flood lighting of buildings, shop signs, restaurants, monuments and car parks. This fitting is highly recommended for the sites near the sea. CONSTRUCTION The construction is made of injection moulded high quality, impact resistant self-coloured black or grey (RAL 7035) polycarbonate. The reflector is of anodized high grade dimpled aluminium to give an efficient wide beam. The protective front cover is toughened glass mounted directly on to the body. The body houses a special gasket to provide degree of protection. ELECTRICAL Ballast and components are mounted on an easy to remove zinc coated steel gear tray. The flood light is provided by a PG 11 compression type cable gland. High temperature silicon insulated conductors are used throughout. MECHANICAL Mounting is via a painted steel bracket, provided. ARGOS LAMP COMPARTMENT CORROSION RESISTANT, WEATHER PROOF COMPACT FLOODLIGHT RANGE A highly aesthetic compact corrosion resistant weather proof fitting with integral control gear. Can be used with 70W HPS, 70W/150W HQI, and 80W MBF lamps. APPLICATIONS Particularly suitable for loading areas, building perimeters, precinct areas, building facades, shop signs, and security applications. CONSTRUCTION Argos is made of injection moulded, high quality impact resistant self-coloured black or grey (Ral 7035) polycarbonate. The gear compartment is separate from the lamp compartment, thus giving both compartments ingress protection. The symmetric reflector is made of anodised aluminium with a dimpled finish. The toughened glass is mounted inside a polycarbonate frame, which is screwed to the body by means of four stainless steel screws. Weather proofing IP65 ingress protection, is attained by a silicon gasket. ELECTRICAL All electrical components are mounted on an easy to remove injection moulded polycarbonate gear tray. High temperature silicon insulated conductors are used throughout. The wiring is accessed via a PG11 compression type cable gland. MARS 1 LAMP COMPARTMENT DIE CAST ALUMINIUM FLOODLIGHT WITH INTEGRAL CONTROL GEAR RANGE The MARS 1 floodlight incorporates many advanced features, resulting in a product with high reliability and efficiency. Models are available to accommodate 150W/250W/400W HPS, 250W/400W MBI and 250W MBF lamps.
