Vandal resistant solid brass construction single post mounting. Operates on DC (battery/power pack) or AC permanent power (plug-in/hardwire). In-line strainer for solenoid is integral. Remove both MOUNTING SCREWS (), then remove upper PLASTIC GUARD (). Remove the CORD HOLDER (3a) and CABLE HOLDER (4a) from the PLASTER GUARD (). IMPORTANT: Secure the CORD HOLDER (3a) and the CABLE HOLDER (4a) from falling back through the hole in the wall. Fig. 3a a 4a a. Remove the two EXTENSION CABLE ENDS (a) from the CABLE HOLDER (4a). IMPORTANT: Secure the CORD HOLDER (3a) and the EXTENSION CABLES (a) from falling back through the hole in the wall. 3b 3. Remove the CORD HOLDER (3b) and CABLE HOLDER (4b) from the two bottom PLASTER GUARDS ().Use a flat blade screwdriver to break off the two ends of the lower PLASTER GUARDS () flush with the finished wall. IMPORTANT: Be carefull not to damage the wire cables. Secure the CORD HOLDER (3b) and the CABLE HOLDER (4b) from falling back through the holes in the wall. Remove the two EXTENSION CABLE ENDS (b) from the CABLE HOLDER (4b). b 4b b M3 REV.. (/)

a INSTALL SPOUT MOUNTING KIT; Fig.. Make sure that SEAL () is installed into the groove on the back of the MOUNTING FLANGE (). Feed the CORD HOLDER (3a) and the EXTENSION CABLES (a) through the MOUNTING FLANGE ().. Install the MOUNTING FLANGE () to the wall with three SCREWS () that thread into the MOUNTING PLATE (0) within the wall. DO T fully tighten the SCREWS (). HAND TIGHTEN ONLY. Fig. 3a a 0 b INSTALL SPOUT ASSEMBLY; Fig. 3 Fig. 3. Slide SPOUT ESCUTCHEON () onto SPOUT ().. Slide COMPRESSION RING (3) and COMPRESSION SEAL (4) onto SPOUT (). 3. Connect SPOUT HOSE () onto CORD HOLDER (3a) by pressing until secure connection is achieved. 3 4 3a c SECURE WIRE CONNECTIONS; Fig. 4 Fig. 4. Connect the FAUCET SENSOR CONNECTORS () to the EXTENSION CABLES (a), and secure the connections by installing into CONNECTOR HOUSINGS () as shown. Rotate the END CAPS () to secure the connection within the CONNECTOR HOUSINGS ().. Pull the bottom end of EXTENSION CABLES (b) so that the CONNECTOR HOUSINGS () are inside the wall. 4. Pull bottom CORD HOLDER (3b) and fish SPOUT HOSE () through the wall and out through the bottom wall opening ().. Cut the CORD HOLDER (3a) off the end of the SPOUT HOSE () as shown. IMPORTANT: Secure the SPOUT HOSE () from falling back through the wall opening (). a 3b 3a CUT SPOUT HOSE b 3 M3 REV.. (/)

d ALIGN SPOUT ASSEMBLY; Fig.. Align and push SPOUT () through hole, loosely installed MOUNTING FLANGE () and MOUNTING PLATE (0).. Once MOUNTING FLANGE () is aligned with MOUNTING PLATE (0) opening, tighten the three MOUNTING FLANGE SCREWS (). (Tighten each screw little by little to avoid missalignment!) Fig. SPOUT LENGTH 0mm - mm MIN. (-/) - MAX. -/ 0 3. Align and slide and COMPRESSION SEAL (4) and COMPRESSION RING (3) to MOUNTING FLANGE (). e SECURE SPOUT ASSEMBLY; Fig. 3 4 0. Once MOUNTING FLANGE () is installed, move the SPOUT () in or out to determine desired spout length from finished wall. Note: The Min. is 0mm, (-/) and the Max. is mm, (-/) from the finished wall to center of the spout end.. Tighten COMPRESSION RING (3) to MOUNTING FLANGE () by tightening the three COMPRESSION RING SCREWS (0) with HEX WRENCH () supplied. This will fix SPOUT () length from finished wall. 3. Push ESCUTCHEON () to MOUNTING FLANGE () and hand tighten to complete spout installation. 3 4 Fig. 3 0 0mm - mm MIN. (-/) - MAX. -/ 4 M3 REV.. (/)

INSTALL SUPPLY ELBOW ASSEMBLY & CONTROL BOX; Fig. and Fig. a Fig. 3. Install HOSE CLAMP () onto SPOUT HOSE (). Install SPOUT HOSE () onto ELBOW NIPPLE (3). Fully tighten HOSE CLAMP () to secure SPOUT HOSE () to ELBOW ASSEMBLY (4). Fig... Using the ANCHORS () and SCREWS () supplied, attach ELBOW ASSEMBLY (4) to finished wall, covering the hole in wall. Fig.. 3. Remove CONTROL BOX COVER (). Feed EXTENSION CABLES (b) THROUGH GROMMET () in back of CONTROL BOX (). (Refer to VIEW A ). Hold the CONTROL BOX () so that it covers the wall opening and mark the four mounting hole locations as shown. Fig. a. 4. It is recommended that the CONTROL BOX () be secured to a wall stud or cross brace within the wall using the SCREWS (30) supplied. If the CONTROL BOX () is to be installed on tile or plaster walls, the ANCHORS (3) and SCREWS (30) should be used. Fig. a VIEW A 4 30 VIEW A b 3 TE: Find plastic bag containing 4 MX screws to be used for securing the CONTROL BOX COVER () when installation is complete. Fig. 3 CONNECT SPOUT HOSE TO CONTROL BOX; Fig.. Connect G / end of SUPPLY HOSE (3) to the ELBOW ASSEMBLY (4). Tighten with adjustable wrench to make a water tight connection. LAVATORY RIM OR MOUNTING SURFACE. Connect G 3/ end of SUPPLY HOSE (3) to nipple on top of CONTROL BOX (). Tighten with adjustable wrench to make a water tight connection. 3. IMPORTANT: INSERT FIBER WASHER (33) INTO SUPPLY NUT (34) ON CONTROL BOX (). CONTROL BOX FOR HARDWIRE INSTALLATION (supplied by others) COLD WATER OR TEMPERED WALL SUPPLY 3 4. Connect FLEXIBLE SUPPLY (3) to bottom SUPPLY NUT (34). Connect other end directly to wall supply. Connection is G 3/" compression. Note: FLEXIBLE SUPPLY (3) measures 0" from the bottom of the CONTROL BOX () base. If additional supply length is required, installer must purchase parts separately. TE: For AC installation, make power supply connection before mounting CONTROL BOX (3) to wall. 3. Remove CONTROL BOX COVER (). Feed the EXTENSION CABLES () from the Faucet through the top of ENCLOSURE (3). Fig.. FOR PLUG-IN HOOKUP ONLY a. Insert POWER CORD () through POWER SUPPLY GROMMET () Fig. a. 3a. Insert POWER CORD () through side GROMMET () as shown. Fig. a. 4a. Connect one of the " EXTENSION CABLES () to SOLEID CABLE () and the other to the SINGLE AC ADAPTER (0). Connect POWER CORD () to SINGLE AC ADAPTER (0) and install CONNECTOR LOCKING DEVICE (). Fig. a. Fig. a a. Mount CONTROL BOX to wall. Replace CONTROL BOX COVER (). Tighten cover screws firmly. a. Feed the EXTENSION CABLE () from the Faucet through GROMMET (4a) and connect to either of the two terminals at the one end of the Y-ADAPTER (3). Connect the 0 ft. EXTENSION (a) to the other terminal at the same end of the Y-ADAPTER (3). Fig. 4 and Fig. 4a. 3. Feed the other end of the 0 ft.extension (b) through the two GRAY GROMMETS (4a and 4b) and connect to the single terminal end of the next unit s Y-ADAPTER (3). Place Y-ADAPTER (3) into CONTROL BOX () as shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. 4a.. Repeat Steps above for each additional Unit, for a Max. of Units on one AC POWER SUPPLY. 3 4. Replace CONTROL BOX COVERS. Tighten cover screws firmly. CAUTION: Use only American Standard supplied transformers and cable sets. START-UP / MAINTENANCE A HAND WASH SENSOR OPERATION; Fig. Prior to making power connection, make sure detection zone is not obstructed. Sensor is self adjusting. Keep detection zone clear for!seconds after power is connected. Fig. When the Sensor detects a user, the water immediately starts to flow. Water flow will stop. seconds after user is out of sensor range. This comfort timer allows the user to move his hands without the flow cycling on and off. As a precaution, a safety timer will turn off the water after the sensor has been blocked for seconds. Water flow will resume when the blockage is removed from the detection zone and the sensor is activated again. B HOW TO INSTALL AND CHANGE BATTERY; Fig.. Remove COVER from CONTROL BOX ().. Disconnect BATTERY HOLDER (3) from SENSOR CABLE (). 3. Remove old BATTERY from BATTERY HOLDER (3). Install new BATTERY () making sure the terminal side is inserted first and shape of the battery follows the shape of the BATTERY HOLDER (3). Prior to making power connection, make sure detection zone is not obstructed. Sensor is self adjusting. Keep detection zone clear for!seconds after power is connected. 4. To change PWRX BATTERY PACK (4), unplug and replace with new Power Pack. DETECTION ZONE: BETWEEN SPOUT AND BASE OF SINK Fig. 4 CR-P 3. Reconnect BATTERY HOLDER (3) to SENSOR CABLE ().. Replace CONTROL BOX COVER. Tighten cover screws firmly. Fig.3 C HOW TO CLEAN FILTER ASSEMBLY; Fig. 3 CAUTION Before opening CONTROL BOX disconnect AC power supply. STANDARD BATTERY /" SOCKET. Remove CONTROL BOX COVER.. Close SUPPLY STOP (3) with 4mm Hex wrench. Note: Activate sensor to keep water flowing out of faucet while shutting off. 3. Unthread FILTER ASSEMBLY () using a /" socket. 4. Pull out the FILTER ASSEMBLY (), remove and clean white debris cup and filter screen.. Install the FILTER ASSEMBLY () back in its place and tighten with a /" socket. Caution: Do not over tighten. 3 FILTER SCREEN WHITE DEBRIS CUP. Open SUPPLY STOP (3) with 4mm Hex wrench.. Replace CONTROL BOX COVER. Tighten cover screws firmly. M3 REV.. (/)

D HOW TO CLEAN AND REMOVE THE AERATOR OR SPRAY; Fig. 4. Remove AERATOR or SPRAY HOUSING () with KEY supplied with faucet. Fig. 4. Remove AERATOR or SPRAY () from HOUSING (). 3.
