SLAB GATE VALVE (NON-RISING STEM) The Non-rising stem slab gate valves manufactured by Jianhu County OTL Valve Mfg.Factory. are available in temperature classes L, P, R, S, T, and U specified in API 6A. Gate valves to be used in the 350 or 650 high temperature can be supplied on request. Gate valves manufactured by our company are available in 3000psi, 5000psi and 10000psi working pressure, nominal size from 1-13/16" through 4-1/16",material classes from AA through FF, product specification levels (PSL) from 1 through 3 and performance requirement (PR) 1. SPECIFICATION: Manufactured and Tested in Accordance with API Spec 6A Simple structure and renewable gate and seat assembly. One-piece and double-acting gate with long service life. Both thrust bearings with large load capacity and composite rubber-plastic stem lip packing minimize operational torque. Bearing cap is provided with a grease cup to make it easy to inject lubricating grease in the field. Threaded packing gland allows removal of bearings and stem packing under line pressure. Both the bolted bonnet and modern bonnet seal ring provide simple structure and

reliable sealing. The sealing surfaces of the gate and seat are hardfaced for wear and corrosion resistance. Wave springs are installed between the body and seat and between the gate and seat. The gate and seat still maintain a positive metal to metal seal under low pressure. Floating gate design requests the hand wheel to be backed off 1/4 turn after its rotation can go no further. FIG 1502 Hammer Union Ends Plug Valve Plug valve is a necessary part that is connected with high-pressure manifold in operation of cementing well and fracture in oil field and also suitable to gighpressure fluid control. As plug valve assembling, the sealing surfaces were coated with high pressure grease made in USA and each valve was hydrostatic tested on strength and seal and no-leakage valve was permitted to provide to user. It features compact structure, convenient maintenance, small torque, rapid open and simple operation, so it is the best valve in cementing/ fracture manifold. Plug valve mainly consists of valve body, hand wheel, piston and etc. The outlet adopts union 1502 connection (also ordered as required by user) and column fitting exits between the valve body and liner, the outer circle of which is sealed with seals mounted. Between liner and piston is sealed with column metal fitting and it features high fitting precision and reliable seal. Notice: Under the 10000PSI pressure, the valve can be easily opened or closed. Operation & Application Plug valve shall be clean and high-pressure grease shall be injected into valve chamber in time, otherwise there may be leakage on the outlet. Before usage, it should be inspected whether the opening/closing situation be in line with sign and hand wheel turning at 90 degree can create open/close. Maintenance Constant maintenance can prolong the working life of valve; The clean and injection of oil/grease should be executed after work is over. WELLHEAD COMPONENTS The casing head is a kind of part of connecting casings and wellheads. It is used as supporting the weight of technical casing and oil string casing,sealing the annular space between the casings, It provides a transition joint for the tubing head, Christmas tree and other wellheads, It can also supply cement, monitor and control well s sinking, inject balance liquids etc through the two side outlet on the casing head housing. The casing head produced by our company is a standard structure, in which the casing hanger produced by our company is fitted, The casing hanger can be elected on size according to the casing procedure and the change of well head condition. On the upper of the casing heads sets all API 6B or API 6BX flange. The bottom connection of the casing head shall be either API perfect circle thread casing box or API standard trapeziform casing threaded box, socket welded connection and slip type connection as well.
