Make & Model: Dodge RAM 00 4X4 factory new. Our design of the armor can be easily adjusted to any similar platform (according to the client needs). Measurements: Length 240mm, width 2200mm, height - 210mm. Wheelbase 3140mm.l General info: Combat version up to 7 troops + driver (total 8 troops). Optional extended version that can carry 12 troops. Medical evacuation capability on an open stretcher. Optional CRWS -Controlled Remote Weapon Station. Includes 4 innovative GS gun ports. Different seating configurations (page 11). Can perform as a platform for guided missiles systems. Can perform as a platform for long range observation systems. Platform can be adapted to different applications easily and quickly.
ARMOR DETAILS The armor will be based on a combination of steel with a new technology structure, designed to defeat military assault rifles at point plank velocities and side bombs. The armor will protect the passengers 360 including roof and floor protection according to the protection level mentioned on page 7. o All materials have been tested and approved by the Israeli army (IDF) laboratories. 3.1. PROTECTION AREAS: Side wall armor system - walls are based on special armored steel with an air gap. Floor V shape armor increases protection from underbelly explosive charges up to 2KG. Optional underbelly armor against 6KG charges. Roof armor the roof is armored with armored steel (option for double layered). All hatches are fully overlapped for better bullet deflection capability. Armored engine compartment - option. Armor based on steel combined with composite special steel. RUN FLAT SYSTEM (OPTION): The vehicle is fitted with a run-flat system (including the spare tire totals) VFI. This run flat system allows a run/drive distance approximately of 100km after puncture. All tires (including spare wheel) are adjusted to the additional weight. GS GUN PORT: Enables immediate fire retaliation from inside the vehicle during an attack can be used for fire support during vehicle dismounting. Assures that there is no firearm discharge inside the vehicle and enemy fire can not penetrate (armored even when the hatch is open). The GS gun port allows firing with optimized accuracy while the vehicle is in motion. Always locked and secure. One hand operation capability. Fitted for most assault rifles (M16, AK47, and TAVOR).

Wide tire 37 X12. R19 - low ground pressure tires excellent for sand or mud. Roll cage- the vehicle is equipped with an integral armor roll cage. Rear air suspensions. 4 FOX shock absorbers. Specific suspensions drawings will be issued by request. 3.3. WEIGHT: The weight of the base vehicle after armor will be: For NIJ III armor level 4,700-,000 kg. For NIJ IV armor level,800-6,100 kg. The GVW of the vehicle is: 8,600 Kg. The first vehicle that will be provided to the customer will be tested in an off-road area and on a slippery surface together with an independent standard institute. Weight plans that specify the weight distribution on the rear and front axles will be issued to the client approved by an independent standard institute. 3.4. QUALITY ASSURANCE: Global Shield is ISO 9001/2000 & IQNET certified. All materials have been tested and approved by the Israeli army laboratories. All vehicles are tested and approved by a certified independent standard institute.

WARRANTY. Armor warranty Global Shield warrants vehicle armor to be free of manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. The warranty includes all the materials, required tools and personnel in Israel. Armor service Should the client require armor service that is not covered by the warranty, Global Shield will send a technical team to the designated country.the client will cover all out-of-pocket expenses, including travel and materials. Automotive warranty Warrant the vehicle as per the warranty provided to it by the Dodge dealer from whom the base vehicle will be purchased (USA). will do its best to have a local service center in the designated country to perform all scheduled and warranty service for this vehicle. The client is required to maintain vehicles according to Dodge & global shield s specifications, the vehicles will have the capability of being maintained commercially, covered by the manufacturer s standard commercial warranty.
