NOTE: For improved performance, we recommend you apply a silicone lubricant to the uide Rods prior to their installation. 6. Leaning uide Rods (25) toward you, slide fourteen (4) Weight Plates (AC) & Selector Rod 0 lbs (AA) onto the uide Rods as shown. 7. Slide the Shaft Collars (Y) and then the uide Rod Retainers (X) onto the uide Rods as shown. 8. Positon the uide Rods in the Side Frames and then slide the uide Rod Retainers (X) up the uide Rods (25) until they rest against the uide Rod Brackets. Tighten the Set Screw in the Shaft Collars (Y). -5-

Bolt 4-/2" Pulleys (U) to the Double Pulley Cable Retainer (22) using the bolting shown.. Position the Selector Shaft Retainer (20) on the Selector Rod (AA) as shown and thread the Pulley U-Bracket Stack (2) /2" into the Selector Rod. Hand tighten the /2"Jam Nut (R). 4. Insert the Selector Fork (6) into the Weight Stack. C 8 F 5. Bolt the Bar Holder Left (4) to the Bottom Legs () and the Top Beam (8) using the bolting shown. C 9-6-

V Cable Handle... 2 W Cable Assembly... 2 6. Start installing the Cable Assemblys (W) at the Dual Swivel Pulley Brackets (6). Feed the end with the ball shank between the two pulleys and proceed in numbered sequence finishing at the Adjustable Pulley Slide (5). Make certain that the cable rests in the pulley grooves and is under the Cable Retainers. W 2 5 22 7. Remove the Selector Fork, lift the Selector Rod (AA) and position the Cable Assembly (W) ball shank end in the slot in the bracket on the Adjustable Pulley Slide (5). Assembly for right side is detailed, left side is opposite. 2 START 4 4 R 9 V 8 FINISH 8. To adjust the cable tension, loosen the jam nut on the Pulley U Bracket (2) and rotate the chrome shaft clockwise or counterclockwise as required. Tighten the jam nut. Chrome Shaft 7 9 6 8 NOTE: Make certain that the cables are properly positioned on/around pulleys before use. Cables are a consumable and must be treated as such. As a minimum, an annual inspection must be performed on all cable ends and full lengths. A cable must be replaced immediately if broken exposed wires and/or a break in cable coating are found. -7-

Bolt in place the Back Support (6) to the Rear Brace (7) using the shown bolting, do not forget to use a Nylon Spacer (T) between the Back Support (6) and the Rear Brace (7), top and bottom. 20. Place the Shroud Mesh (27) on the Velcro located on the Shroud Attachment Top () & the Shroud Attachment Bottom (2). -8-
