The new purchase price is $30,700 a) Calculate the total cost of the lease over a 5-year period. b) If the residual value of the Escape is 55%, calculate the cost for purchasing the vehicle.

c) What is the total cost of the vehicle including the cost of the lease and purchasing the vehicle? 6) The monthly lease payment on a two-door car is $254.43 plus taxes for a term of 60 months. A down payment of $3100 is required.
