WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RESERVED SEATING AND GENERAL ADMISSION? A reserved seat ticket has an exact section, row and seat number. The seat number on the ticket is reserved for the customer. Reserved seating is available in sections 101-108. Gates to Hancock Stadium open one hour prior to kick-off. Fans may enter at any gate. The east gate is located on the east-side grandstand on either side of the ticket office. On the west-side grandstand, Gate 1 is located at the south entrance and Gate 4 is located at the north entrance. I LOST MY TICKET. WHERE DO I GO? Any member of the general public with lost tickets may report to the east gate. Students with lost tickets may report to Gate 1. Season ticket holders may access their online ticket account and reprint lost tickets directly from their account.
