Sealless shaft structure would avoid from the friction fault in the operation of the pump, therefore, could not let the pump breakdown when idle or processing with particles in the liquid. 4. The main parts of the pump are of injection molding to assure the precision of the whole pumps. 5. The motor is with steam protection features to avoid from the corrosion by the chemical steam. 6. JKT/JKH/JKP series are equipped with special flexible angle part, it will be easy to use for long time maintenance. 7. JKP series adopt "C" shape retaining ring combination, the main part of entrance is designed for in-tank applications. 8. JKD series are flange design, mainly used for installation out of tank applications. Application: 1. If equipped with chemical liquid filter, could be used for any kinds of plating solution filter and circulation. 2. Used in the PCB production of the etching or circulation. 3. Circulation and recycling operations for scrubber processor system. 4. Used for heat exchanger conveying pump. 5. Announcements: 1. Install the pumps on firm & horizontal ground to keep the pump body vertical and well-fixed. 2. Avoid installation outdoor. If needed, please cover with visor for protection. If equipped with electronic controller, need to particularly protect. 3. Choose different pipe material according to for the chemical liquid surrounding, temperature condition, processing head and capacity. 4. Pay attention to without any residual impurities or debris inside the pipe to prevent air suction pump when piping. 5. When piping please pay attention to the pipe without any distortion, after installation, check the pump body again. If there is any movement and distortion affected when overdrive installation or improper installation. 6. Flange joint shall be lined with gasket to assure it lock well to prevent air suction pump. 7. If the entrance must be equipped with bottom valve or check valve, it is needed to equip with the check valve on the outlet position lower than the motor. 8. For safety's sake, you'd better equip with inlet strainer to avoid any damage due to suction sundries. 9. Entrance connecting flange must be the same as the inlet flange diameter, outlet flange must be the same as outlet flange diameter. 10. After installation you should confirm whether the pipeline is fixed well and tightly to avoid damage caused by vibrations. 11. Before plug in the power cord, you should confirm whether the power supply is consistent with the motor voltage, and equip with over-current protection switch. 12. Please well noted the motor nameplate specification according to demanded pump motor voltage, you can found circuit. 13. In order to protect the pump lifetime from damage caused by reverse pressure and vapor pressure pump, please connect the flexible hose with end drain fitting of pump, the other end should be connected to spare slot. Warning: The flow performance and security will be affected if fixed too tight or too loose will affect, please make sure all nuts locked well, otherwise it will cause liquid leakage; but it will be easily damage affected due to falling off if fixed too tight. Please finish the installation some familiar technical personals. 7

Heat Exchange Circulating Pump Reaction Tank And Filter Compressor Pumps Notes: 1. Outlet pipe height, if it higher than the height of electric motor or check valves, please install check valve in the front of outlet pipe of pumps, the level of installing check valve keeps not too higher than the top or highest water level. 2. For inlet safety s sake, we had better install strainer, which avoid sucking impurities that will make pumps damaged. (Size of strainer mesh above 5 times as diameter) 3. While running pumps in special environment, and need to install anti-explosion or pressure resisting anti-explosion electric motor, please negotiate with our company technician. 4. While running pumps in an environment with chemical gas, it s necessary to choose special handling motor with electric-shock safeguard paint. 5. While running two vertical pumps in the same time, it s not allow to use the same outlet or inlet pipe, which will reduce pumps working life and function, more worse is damaging pumps. 9
3. Operating Procedure 3.1 Preparation Before Operation 1. Before running the pump, please pay attention to the following factors: the fluid type, proportion of viscosity, temperature, gravity. 2. Examine and Confirm whether the motor steering is consistent with labeled note on the motor fan cover. 3. Check the inlet, outlet flange and screw gasket should be locked firmly. 4. Check the liquid flow direction, the turning of the blade is decided by with the polarity of the power supply, you could note the correct direction through the cooling fan at the top of the motor. 5. Please note that the pump and pipeline can t be any leakage in order to avoid being hurt or environment pollution while running. 6. Make sure to fill with liquid before the pump running. 3.2 Announcements 1. Pay attention to the inward and outward valve is open, fluid level should be appropriate. 2. Workers need to wear protective clothing, gloves masks glasses and other protective equipment, in order to avoid skin contact with liquid. 3. Check the safety protection measures, such as liquid level controller, current breaker and ON/OFF switch. 4. Different kinds of chemical mixed together will cause chemical reactions, even high heat affected and make the pump damaged, therefore, so do not use the same pump to transport different chemical solutions. 5. Check the exit of pipeline at first before operation, be sure to check whether the valve has been opened, the flow go with right way, the liquid of barrels is normal and any breakage in the pipeline. 6. Please check and make sure the protection switch, such as liquid level switch and overload protection switch, etc. function well. 7. Check exit flow, when the capacity is too small, please immediately shut down pumps, and check the pipeline. 8. Outlet pressure must be lower than 3.2kg/cm. 9. Based on explosion protection and high pressure, please contact with our company before ordering. 4. Maintenance & Repair 4.1 Preparation Announcements 1. Please be sure to shut off the power. 2. Switch off inlet and outlet, discharge the liquid in the pump. 3. Maintenance personnel should wear protective clothing, gloves masks glasses and other protective equipment, and to avoid. 4. Pump should be lay down after removed please, do not place the motor on the upright. 4.2 Maintenance & Repair 1. Check the bottom valve or inlet strainer to avoid any impurity blocking. 2. When the motor running, pay attention to whether there is a different normal noise. 3. Check if there is electricity leakage. 4. If equipped with check valve, confirm whether it functions well. 5. If los of crystalline stay in the pump, it should be disassembled, please dip and clean the impeller, pump body and front cover in acidic solution and reassamble, or keep the pump in the acidic liquid circulation, and then rinse off with clear water circulation. 10
5. Motor speed is low. Check voltage if correct. 7. Check outlet or inlet ball valve if completely open. 1. Close outlet or inlet valve, open ball valve. 2. Air input into inlet. Check inlet pipe. 3. Too low inlet liquid level, which cause lack of liquid inside pump, supply liquid. 1. Worn motor bearing, replace bearing. 2. Motor spindle shaft is bend, replace motor spindle shaft. 3. Bearing housing is bend, replace bearing housing. 4. Impurities fill inside impeller or pump, dismount pump and clear it. 1. Replace O-ring. 2. While meeting liquid leakage during working, we should need to check outlet if block, which cause too big outlet pressure. If meeting liquid leakage while stop running pumps, we should need to check inlet if block, or need to consider if install check valve in front of outlet. 1. Replace fasten spares. 2. Replace chemical resisting fasten spares. (Such as PP, PVC, PPS, Titanium). 11
6. Using Announcements 1. While running pumps, prohibit arbitrarily changing chemical properties, because mixing different chemical properties will produce different chemical change, even chemical reaction will produce high heat, which damage pump itself. 2. Many chemical properties are seriously hurt human body, operator should try to avoid this dangerous area. 3. Before starting power, we should check the pipe and valve location if correct, power on if correct, at the same time, check liquid if discharge normally. 4. Transferring dangerous liquid under abnormal operation condition, such as outlet or inlet is close, pump selecting models is wrong, operation in idle, wrong pipe materials, which will produce serious danger, especially in idle process, which will make liquid inside pumps produce high temperature and gasify, some chemical properties includes hydrogen, which will seriously cause gas explosion and hydrogen explosion, we should specially notice it while operating. 5. Confirm outlet flow capacity while running pumps, if you find the outlet flow capacity is too small, we should shut down the pumps, and check the pipe if block. 6. Running under especial environment, and need safe explosion proof or pressure resisting explosion proof motor, please contact with our company technician. 7. Running under filled with chemical gas, we must select special handling motor with corrosion resistant paint. 8. Any misuse such as overpressure, self replace spares, mismatch chemical properties or using worn spares will produce serious dangerous condition, please follow safety warning. 9.
