Speed & Power - X/Y 50m/min (1,969ipm) - Z 40m/min (1,575ipm) - : 40m/min (1,575ipm) Hi-V450M Hi-V560M No-backlash, low heat growth, low noise and low vibration synchronized built-in motor adopted spindle, performs excellent high speed machining with high accuracy and quiet operation. Large( 70mm) ceramic ball bearing was adopted to maintain high rigidity during heavy duty cutting and standard feature of oil-air lubrication system was adopted to maintain high accuracy during high speed cutting. Standard feature of high capacity spindle cooling device (5,400Kcal/60Hz) was adopted to maintain high accuracy with the minimized heat distortion even after long hour s operation. Each axis is equipped with double anchors supported ball-screw and driven by specially designed high precision direct coupling to minimize axis heat growth and backlash, which led accomplishment of extremely fast feedrate 50(1,969ipm)m/min, and repeatability of high accuracy. Maintenance free self-lubricated LM guide and Ball-screw were adopted to prevent any environmental pollution. To prevent possible Stick Slip at the inner side of super precision LM guide for high speed and heavy load capable, was adopted to maintain high accuracy even after long hour s operation. Pantograph mechanism was adopted for Y-axis slide cover to maintain extreme stability during axis movement, which gives accurate positioning capability even during super fast axis movement. Standard feature of maximum speed 24,000RPM, maximum output 33kW (S6 40%), and 9.8kgf.m (S6 40%) torque, built-in spindle drives high efficiency, extreme quiet machining with heavy duty cutting and high speed, high accuracy machining. Cover, locates at the above of table, opens when front door opens to allow more accessibility for crane operation. Optional feature of 20bar (70bar, if needed) spindle through coolant Spindle speed of 24,000RPM [40,000RPM(Optional)] and cutting feed-rate of 40m/min accomplishes high accuracy, high quality mold machining. To minimize spindle heat growth as much as possible, extremely high performance cooling system, Oil-Air mixed circulation method was applied for spindle bearing.
