DEFINITIONS REPORTABLE TRAFFIC CRASH A Reportable Traffic Crash is one which results in bodily injury or death of any person or a total property damage of $1 or more. CRASH SEVERITY Crash A traffic crash involving one or more persons who were killed. Crash A traffic crash involving one or more persons who were injured but there were no fatalities. Property Damage Only () A traffic crash involving property damage of $1 or more with no injuries or fatalities. INJURY STATUS Any injury resulting in death within 3 days after the traffic crash. Incapacitating Any injury, other than a fatal injury, which prevents the injured person from walking, driving or normally continuing any activities the person was capable of performing before the injury occurred. Non-Incapacitating Any injury, other than a fatal or incapacitating injury, which is evident to observers at the scene of the traffic crash Possible No evidence of an injury, but complaint of pain. 1
