1. Remove the two-post ROPS assembly, seat and seat tracks, differential lock pedal, parking brake lever, brake pedal, and hydrostatic pedal. Then remove the plastic covers, around the fuel spout and right side controls, from the operator platform. Finally remove the operator platform. If the unit is equipped with a material collection system (MCS), it may remain attached to the unit during the installation of the cab. 2. Locate the two-hole bolt pattern, directly underneath the steering tower, near the front of the left chassis member. Enlarge the front hole to 7/16 dia.(1) and rear hole to ½ dia..(2) Drill an additional ½ dia.(3) hole, through the member, as shown in figure 1 (see Figure 1). Figure 1 2 1 3 Figure 2 5 4 NOTE: Do not bolt through the front hole of the right chassis member (see Figure 2). 5. Reinstall the operator platform, differential lock pedal, brake pedal, and hydrostatic pedal. Reattach the parking brake lever, (7) through the front hole of the right chassis member and front bracket spacer, to the front bracket using a 3/8 x2 hex bolt, hex nut, Figure 3 6 7 8 3. Repeat step 2 for the right chassis member, except DO NOT enlarge park brake lever hole. 4. Take the front bracket (4) and position it between the left and right chassis members, in line with the three-hole bolt patterns drilled in steps 2,3. Loosely bolt the bracket, through the front bracket spacers (5), to the members using the 7/16 x1 ½ hex bolts, hex nuts, and lockwashers (6) provided. buttite tube spacer, and Lockwashers supplied. (See Figure 3) Page 4

6. Take the 180 degree O-rubber (9) and slide it onto the rear, side edges of the under-seat shield (10), where it contacts the operator platform. Position the shield on top of the platform, in-line with the ROPS assembly bolt pattern. Ensure the shield will not contact the seat tracks, while permitting adequate clearance for the lift link lowering speed control knob and transmission oil filter. Adjust as required (see Figure 4). 7. Take the factory hex bolts, removed in step 1, used to fasten the ROPS assembly to the operator platform. Insert one through each of the holes in the rear bracket (11). Position the bracket against the top of the under-seat shield, in-line with the ROPS assembly bolt pattern, with the cab mounting plates to the rear. Loosely bolt the bracket, through the shield, to the platform (see Figure 4). Figure 4 the platform. CAUTION: Do not glue the upholstery to the platform sides until the cab has been installed (see Figure 5). Figure 5 12 9. Reattach the seat and seat tracks. 10 9 10. If your unit is not equipped with a MCS, skip to step 13. 11. For units equipped with a MCS. Take the MCS cable bracket (13) and position the two-hole bolt pattern against the inside of the Figure 6 13 11 8. Take the 22 x32 piece of upholstery (12) and position it against the top of the operator platform, with the grey side up. Center the upholstery length across the width of the unit. Line up the rear edge of the upholstery with the top, rear corner of the under-seat shield (4). Cut all openings for controls, seat bolts, and wiring. Glue the center of the upholstery to the depressed, center portion of Page 5

MCS blower mount plate. Line up the front of the bracket with the front of the factory MCS cable anchor. Mark and drill two 7/16 dia. holes through the plate. Bolt the bracket to the plate using the 3/8 x1 ½ hex bolts, hex nuts, and lockwashers provided (see Figure 6). 12. Locate the four-hole bolt patterns in each rear corner of the cab. Using the holes as guides drill four 7/16 dia. holes through each side cab panel. 13. Move to the cab. Take the 90 degree O-rubber (14) and slide it onto the inside edge of the left platform extension, with the bulb down. Beginning at the rear of the cab, work your way forward and down until you reach the jog in the extension (see Figure 7). Figure 7 Figure 8 15 16. Take the 180 degree O-rubber (16) and slide it onto the bottom edge of the rear panel. Beginning where you started in step 13, work your way across the cab (see Figure 9). Figure 9 14 16 14. Repeat step 13 for the right side. 15. Take the 180 degree O-rubber (15) and slide it onto the inside edge of the front platform extension. Beginning where you left off in step 13, work your way forward, across the cab, then rearward until where you left off in step 14 (see Figure 8). 17. For units equipped with turning brakes. Temporarily remove the 180 degree O-rubber from the left, front corner of the front platform extension. This will permit sufficient room for the turning brake pads to slide past the O-rubber into the extension slots during mounting. Reattach the O-rubber before bolting the cab to the front and rear brackets. Page 6

18. Now You Are Ready To Mount The Cab. Place one rubber mount on each cab mounting plate of the front and rear brackets. Lift the cab, using the lift bolts located near the roof, directly above the unit. Slowly, lower the cab until the cab mounts rest solidly on the rubber mounts. Bolt the cab snugly to the front and rear brackets as shown in Figure 10. Figure 10 opening in the left, rear cab panel. Take the gas hose and slide it on to the other end of the spout. Secure it into lace using one 2 ¾ hose clamp (18). Then move the other end of the hose into position over the machine fuel spout. Secure it inot place using the other ¾ hose clamp. See figure 11. 23. If your unit is not equipped with a MCS, skip to step 28. 24. For units equipped with a MCS. Take the left arm of the MCS assembly and position it against the outside of the four-hole bolt Figure 11 17 19. Tighten all front and rear bracket bolts. 20. Trim the upholstery to fit snugly inside the side platform extensions and rear panel. Glue the upholstery to the operator platform sides. Ensure the upholstery does not interfere with the normal operation of any controls. Reattach the plastic covers removed in step 1. 21. Remove the factory fuel cap. Plug the gas tank opening with a rag or cloth. Using a hack-saw, cut directly underneath the threads of the fuel spout opening of the machine. Be careful not to let any shavings fall into the tank when you remove the cloth from the opening. 22. Take the fuel spout (17) and remove the cap. Slide the cap end of the spout through the pattern in the left, rear corner of the cab. Loosely bolt the arm to the cab panel using the 3/8 x1 ½ hex bolts, hex nuts, and lockwashers supplied. 25. Take the right arm of the MCS assembly and position it against the outside of the four-hole bolt pattern in the right, rear corner of the cab. Slide the 3/8 x4 ½ hex bolts provided through the arm and cab panel, from the outside. 26. Take the 2 7/8 MCS control sleeves (19) and slide one onto each of the bottom hex bolts installed in step 25, from inside the cab. Page 7 18

Take the 3 1/16 MCS control sleeves (12) and repeat for the remaining hex bolts. Bolt the right arm of the MCS assembly, through the cab panel and sleeves, to the MCS control removed in step 1 using the 3/8 x4 ½ hex bolts, hex nuts, and lockwashers (20) supplied (see Figure 12). Figure 13 27. Remove the MCS cable from the factory MCS cable anchor and attach it to the MCS cable bracket. Reconnect the cable to the MCS control, through the hole in the right, rear panel of the cab. Figure 12 21 22 30. Repeat step 29 for the right side. CAUTION: Ensure the hydrostatic pedal is 19 Figure 14 23 24 20 28. Take the 15 x26 piece of floormat (21) and position it against the top of the operator platform around the steering tower. Cut the floormat to fit snugly around all controls, pedals, and levers. Urethane the floormat into position(22) (see Figure 13). 29. Take one of the 12 ½ x27 pieces of floormat (23) and position it against the top of the left operator foot platform. Cut the floormat to fit snugly around all pedals. Urethane the floormat into position (24) (see Figure 14). unrestricted during normal operation. 31. To ensure maximum protection against sound and moisture penetration, use a urethane sealant to fill all cracks and small openings around the floormat and a silicone sealant around the various shields. Page 8

Kubota F2260, F2560, F3060 Heater Instructions 1. Proceed with the following AFTER the cab has been mounted. Figure 2 2. Drain the antifreeze in the unit. 3. Remove the two 5/16"x1 ½" bolts fastening the roof to the front cab frame. Open the roof, using the roof prop to secure the roof. 4. Locate the pressure port on the right side of the thermostat housing. Remove the plug. Take the M16x1.25-3/8 barb 180 degree fittings (1) and screw it into the port. REMEMBER to use a water sealant material around the threads of the fitting (see Figure 1). 3 4 2 Figure 1 1 6. Locate the 3/8"i.d. heater hose at the base of a rear, corner of the cab frame. Identify which side of the hose connects to the water valve of the fan/heater assembly. Route the hose to the pressure fitting (1). Tie down the hose as required to ensure it does not interfere with any controls, levers, or accessories of the unit. Measure off the distance to the fitting and cut the hose (allow for some excess). Connect the hose to the fitting, using the MH-6 hose clamp provided. 5. Locate the lower radiator hose and pipe on the left side of the engine, at the base of the radiator. Remove the plug on the pipe, then take the 5/8 heater hose (2) and slide it onto the steel fitting that is welded to the pipe. Insert the 5/8 x 3/8 reducer (3) at the other end and fasten both ends with the HS - 10 hose clamps (4) provided. REMEMBER to use a water sealant material around the threads of the fitting (see Figure 2). 7. Take the remaining heater hose and route it to the suction fitting (2). Tie down the hose as required to ensure it does not interfere with any controls, levers, or accessories of the unit. Measure off the distance to the fitting and cut the hose (allow for some excess). Connect the hose to the fitting, using the MH-6 hose clamp provided. 8. Ensure all connections are tight, lower the roof, and fill antifreeze. 9. Open the water valve, using the rotary control cable in the switch-plate of the cab, approximately halfway and turn on the fan. Start the unit and run at PTO rpm for 5 Page 9

Kubota F2260, F2560, F3060 Heater Instructions minutes. Once the heater begins to heat, open the water valve completely. Stop the unit, check for leaks and add antifreeze as required. 10. Start the unit again and drive at PTO rpm for a few minutes to remove any air trapped in the heater hose. Stop the unit again, check the antifreeze and add as required. If the heater still does not heat, your unit will probably require an auxiliary water pump to help in water circulation. 11. Re-bolt the roof to the cab frame. Page 10
